We appreciate your review. We do strive to offer the best drain cleaning service we can for a reasonable rate. In comparison to the large chain plumbing companies our prices fall far below their rates. Blake has 29 years of drain cleaning experience and feel he is extremely knowledgeable at his career. We apologize if there was something in your service call that you feel was not attended to or completed in a timely matter and correctly. Please feel free to contact us to discuss your individual service call work and what you feel we could improve. As a small family owned and operated business we do have days where we struggle to arrive on-time to scheduled appointments. We currently only run 1 van and so if there are set-backs or delays at a job, it can unfortunately delay the rest of the jobs throughout the day. When this occurs we do try and contact each customer who is still waiting for our arrival, to explain the situation and to update them on the arrival time. We apologize if we did not keep in contact with you on your service date to keep you aware of the serviceman's arrival time. We hope you will feel inclined to try our company again in the future. Description of Work: Pipe draining washing machine was clogged causing a flood when the washing machine went through its rinse cycle. He was here for about 15 minutes and fixed the problem. The charge was less than I have paid other firms for the same thing. I definitely will call him first for other drain cleaning needs.

The job was well done. I called about having lines snaked out- we were having major trouble with our tub drain that lye couldn't even cut through. They gave me the option of using a high powered water method, or just cutting out the 50 year old trap (since it would probably clog up again within a year). I was glad he recommended the second option because it is much cheaper in the long run. When I told him about our potential tree root problem in the main line that was due for inspection, he recommended that I get it snaked out now because the price would be discounted since they were already there doing other services. I glad that they were able to fit the extra services in during my scheduled appointment, and everything in the house has been flowing well ever since!
Description of Work: I called them to clean out some drains for me. They snaked the kitchen drain and cut out the trap under the tub, replacing it with an elbow joint. They also snaked out my main line to take care of some potential tree root issues that had been disclosed when I purchased the home.

I WAS VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE PRICING. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP ON OUR SCHEDULED DAY EITHER. THEY ARRIVED THE NEXT DAY. THE JOB WAS DONE FINE, BUT I PAID TO MUCH AND I HAD TO WAIT FOR THEM TO SHOW UP. THIS WAS NOT A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: I HAD THEN UNCLOG A DRAIN AND REPLACE A TURN OFF VALVE FOR THE TOILET. AND THEY ALSO REPLACED A PLUGGER IN BACK OF TOILET.
