So my first issue with this company was when I first called I was kind of laughed at when I asked for someone to come look at my septic tank because whoever answered the phone questioned whether I had a septic tank at all. I think I as the homeowner and customer would know what I am calling for. The second thing I found odd and unprofessional is the technician came into the house and adjusted my faucets and expected payment of $80 when I only had him come to service and drain my septic tank. The technician did come in a timely manner but left after his brief visit saying he would be right back but in reality he left to go to another job and did not show up for another 4 hours. I had to call and find out what was going on and where he had gone. Not once did the technician say he was leaving to go to another job. Ultimately I do not think he even fixed the problem and we will still have to have someone else come out and look at them. The only positives were they were initially on time. I would not use them again.

We got several quotes and everyone in business these days is pretty competitive. However we went with this company because it's privately owned and run. You don't get a tech that is not experienced. You get the owner himself. And he is very knowledgeable. He was very punctual, told us where to get the best pricing for the dishwasher. We wanted the best. He also checked all the plumbing in the entire house to let us know anything we need to take care of in the near future. Only a couple of minor things were found so we had them fixed while he was here and we are good to go for a long time. We have another kitchen in our house and use that one a lot too. That's on the list of projects

Chuck the plumber came to give us a 2nd opinion. First plumber said we needed new dishwasher. Found out from Chuck that it was a dishwasher drain problem. He cleaned it. Saved us a lot of $.
