Sterling showed up on time and was very professional to deal with. He correctly diagnosed the problem and ordered the correct part and the fridge is purring like a kitten and working perfectly. Thanks American!

The repairman identified the problems immediately on the first visit and returned to fix them within about 10 days (after getting the parts that needed to be replaced). Finishing the repairs only took about a half hour. Both appliances are working well now and the cost of the repairs was very reasonable.

Joe arrived promptly and got straight to work. He identified a bad water valve and already had the part with him. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. $59 service charge and $36 for a new valve. Far faster and less expensive than I expected. Joe was fast, courteous, knowledgeable and prepared. I've got this group on speed dial now. Great work.

Well, but when the necessary part came, the technician showed up without an appointnment to install it.

American Appliance came out as soon as they could, found the problem quickly & discovered a part had come unscrewed from the bottom. He quickly put the part back in, tested it, & all was well once more!

Josh was very knowledgeable and luckily repaired what the first repairman had broken (control panel), in addition to repairing the ice maker. Josh was professional and punctual. It took a long time to find parts.

I called American Appliance and Jason was able to come out two days later. He arrived on time, was very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the heating element. The dryer is now working well.

Freon added. Freezer now works great. The repair was thoroughly explained to me. Repairman was punctual, courteous, and did a great job.

I called several companies and all were several days before they could call out, even when I explained that we had a household of seven people and having a working Washing Machine is pretty much a necessity. American Appliance were the only ones who understood the situation and agreed to dispatch a technician just 2 days later. The technician appeared smack during the time slot (a 3 hour window) that I had been given and rapidly diagnosed the problem. He carried the right parts with him and within 45 minutes of arrival the appliance had been repaired. The part installed had a unit cost of about $30 and when I looked online, I was pleasantly surprised to discover that their price was only a little more than I could find it elsewhere. Their standard callout fee is $65 and by the time the parts and tax were added the whole cost came to a shade over $100, which I consider very reasonable for prompt service and a knowledgeable technician. Would highly recommend this company.

This went very well. I was concerned that it might cost too much, but they were prompt, had the part, diagnosed things quickly, did the repair quickly, were personable & professional.

These guys are always great. Prompt, professional, and precise service puts my mind at ease and enables the boiler to perform at the intended efficiency. Jacob quickly addressed the maintenance codes displayed on the system. He even cleaned and tightened all the connections to make sure I wouldn't the same problem for years to come. Jacob then gave me an alternative way of keeping the water pressure down without having to bleed the system once a week. Everything words like a charm. I have tried a couple other "boiler" maintenance companies with less-than-stellar results. I will never switch from American Appliance.

Joe, my repairman, came right on time, got right to work, and had my stove working in a half an hour without needing any parts!. He was courteous and professional. Based on this experience with American Appliance I would definitely call them again. Was able to use my Angie's List coupon too!

The pump needed to be replaced after all, the part was ordered and was replaced. It was so nice to have down to earth people that are not out for your money. American Appliance didn't just fix my washer, but gave us much needed advise because we were using too much soap. I will never call anyone else for broken appliances in my home, this company is my home warranty. Thank you American Appliance and your whole family who helped get us back to normal.

They were able to come over the same day i called. Josh was amazing and performed a very thorough troubleshoot. Unfortunately the repair was going to cost almost as much as we paid for the washer and was not worth it. He was very knowledgable and gave us some great information in what to look for in our next washer. Hopefully we will never need their services again but in the event we do, we will definitely give them a call

He couldn't get the screws off the burner cartridge so he mentioned that he could drill the screws out but couldn't guarantee that the unit would still function if he finished. I told him not to continue (I would rather buy a new one than him make this one non - functioning) so he stopped working on it. He was at my home for 15 minutes and charged me 65.00 for the service call even though he didn't do anything. I would give them an overall 'F' but I don't know what kind of work they really do. He shouldn't have charged me 65.00 for nothing though!

Great service. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician came within the specified time period and fixed the problem in about 30 minutes. With the Angie's List 10% coupon, the bill was less than $75.

American appliance helped me trouble shoot the problem and send the part away for repair. They were very helpful in helping me find a reasonable solution to my problem which was replacing a part for an 18-year old oven.

Great service. He was able to repair the dishwasher on the spot and only charged for the parts and service call. Dishwasher works great now.
