Description of Work: The rep that came out and serviced our A/C was top notch. He was very personable, professional, and knew his job inside and out. The job cost a lot less than we thought it would, as the problem was not a major as we thought. He was very patient in answering our questions so we would know how to best maintain our a/c. Anytime we needed to call the office, the office staff was very welcoming and upbeat. We would highly recommend American Appliance and would definitely do business with them again. Superior service in every way!

Description of Work: Our dishwasher had a bad smell to it. There wasn't really a whole lot he could do he fixed the line from the sink to the washer to help it not hold dirty water and gave me some suggestions on products I could use to help with the smell issue. I found a product and it worked.

Description of Work: These folks are great! Responsive and honest,the technician found a small piece in the dishwasher that was causing it to not drain properly. He charged only the service call fee. I was so pleased I had them return to install a water heater-again they were prompt, polite,and knew exactly what they were doing

Description of Work: Dishwasher didn't work in house we just bought. Technician arrived precisely on time and diagnosed problem quickly. Rather than installing new parts, he fixed the old ones - saving me quite a bit of money. He also cleaned out a totally disgusting clog in the drain line. Works great now.

Description of Work: Our dryer was not working well. We called American Appliance and they made an appointment for the next business between 1 and 5. They called up and said they were not going to be able to make that appointment and then rescheduled for another day. Because of this I left and went back to work. They then showed up despite being rescheduled. I wasn't there and my wife figured that they were supposed to come and let them in. They spent a couple of minutes there and told us that our motor was bad and left. I actually had several questions for him but because I wasn't there I was not able to ask. I wasn't very happy with how this was handled. We decided to not to use them and I repaired the dryer myself.

Description of Work: They were prompt. They looked over my dishwasher and didn't find anything wrong, but gave me some tips to make it perform better and they worked. Wish I could remember what they charged but I remember thinking they were kind of pricey. I probably would have felt better about the service call if they had found something wrong:)
