Service repairman showed up on time, assessed the situation for all 3 of our appliances, told us that parts needed to be ordered. We were quoted a price that did not change and the parts came in on time and the work was performed as promised. It was a very good experience overall.

I was given a window of 11am-1pm and the guy showed up at 11:20am, he was polite, prompt and took care of a few potential problems while he was fixing my furnace so that I do not have any problems in the future with our furnace going out. I have had this company come out a few times and repair things for me they have always been prompt, very helpful, professional and done a great job.

They did an excellent job. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up the mess when they were done. I didn't know they did Air Conditioners and he put on a new belt, adjusted it and now it works fine. I was very pleased with his work in general. I was especially pleased that he didn't leave a mess after they left.

We waited until the leak was so bad that it had to be fixed we called to make an appointment and they would have come that day but we did not have the information about our system so we called back the next morning and they came that afternoon. he had the part on the truck and fixed it right then.....SO HAPPY! The gentleman explained the new part and what to expect very pleased would use them again in a heartbeat!

It was not a satisfactory experience. The technician replaced parts that were not the cause of the problem. After coming out to our home 2-3 times, he eventually determined that the drum needed to be replaced (a much more costly repair and one we opted not to make). As it turns out, there's a great deal of information on the internet regarding defective Maytag Neptune dryers. Apparently, they are prone to some type of weld failure and many companies won't even work on them. I was surprised that American Appliance was apparently unaware of the well known defect issues with this particular dryer. I ended up paying for repairs/part replacement that I didn't need while the tecnician worked on trouble shooting the problem. He was very cordial however and they were very prompt. I think for a more straight forward issue, they'd be fine. .

They showed up on time. Their estimate was too expensive, so I ended up purchasing a new dishwasher.

our icemaker was not fixable. They ordered a new one and installed it when it came in. Works great!

We were afraid that we wouldn't be able to find someone to come out today, with it being a holiday weekend. However, we were able to schedule a 2 hour window between 9 and 11 a.m. the same day that I called. Around 10, we got a call telling us that they had been delayed, and asking if they could push it back to between 11 and 1. They arrived around 12:45. The technician was professional, and very efficient. He even tied up our water hose on the the back of the unit, so that it wouldn't get a kink. This is an excellent company.

We called on a Friday, and they scheduled us for an 8:00-10:00 a.m. slot on Saturday. The technician arrived at about 8:20. We were expecting the worst, but were relieved to find out that it was a fuse. He had one on his truck. He completed the job, and was gone by 9:00. He was very professional and friendly. We would definitely call them again.

They did a very good job. The technician was very knowledgeable. I was completely satisfied with the job. His labor price was perfectly reasonable. But his price for replacement of parts seemed high. I don’t really know if the replacement parts were overpriced. His quality of work was excellent. He was out here when he said he would be. This was the first time I used them.

First off the receptionist was very professional and arranged a two-hour appointment window two days away. The following day an opening occurred and the receptionist contacted us to coordinate an earlier two-hour appointment window. The repairman called an hour ahead of time to confirm our appointment and give us an exact arrival time. When the repairman arrived he was very professional while he analyzed the problem. He gave us an estimate of $123 for the service call, labor and parts. He said that he would order the correct replacement dual ice valve to fix the water leak at the back of our Amana refrigerator. A week later the receptionist coordinated another appointment with us to install the replacement part. Again, the repairman called before the appointment. He was running a little early so we agreed to have him come earlier. He fixed the problem quickly and also another potential problem what could have resulted in another water leak. He cleaned up the work site and left us with a working ice maker, yippie!

American Appliance was assigned by my home warranty company to address our issue. They called within minutes of receiving the work order and had a technician at the house in an hour. The technician checked both inside and outside the house to diagnose the problem. He discovered two burnt wires near the outside unit that could have resulted from a number of causes. He fixed the two wires, confirmed the system was now cooling the house, cleaned up, and was on his way. The price paid was the service fee required under the home warranty contract, but was well worth it to have the house livable in 95+ degree temperatures. I recommend and will call American Appliance should we have problems again in the future.

The gentleman was over within the hour that I called. He already had an idea as to what might be the problem took the machine apart and replace the part and put it all back together in about 30 minutes. He cleaned up the mess he made and was out of there. Washer works great. I'd definitional use them again and recommend.

We called a few different places on Monday late afternoon. American had us call and talk to their tech. He was able to tell us what the problem was and an approximate amount of time that it would take to fix it. We gave them the go ahead to come fix the problem. They came out on Wednesday late afternoon and fixed the problem in less time than the estimate that they gave us on the phone.

It went great. the guy that answers the phone is weird, he needs a receptionist! But get pass that and its great!

I asked about cost up front and he said it would be $55 for a service call and to also provide an estimate on repairs--he followed what he said exactly. He gave me a written estimate of 90 before starting the work, and that's what he charged. Great job! He even talked about what problems I might encounter over the remaining life of the washer (it is ten years old) and recommended some brands if I should decide to buy a new one instead of getting this washer repaired again.

The service repairman arrived on time, was well-groomed and in uniform, and he was very polite. He had our washer fixed in 10 minutes for only $55 - we were thrilled! We will definitely use them again in the future.

I would say that they did a pretty good job although the first technician was not able to fix problem. The second technician was able to fix problem. It worked out really well with my schedule.
