Description of Work: Our wood fence had broken (we have strong canyon winds). Standard Fence removed the wooden fence and installed a new fence--chain link with privacy slats in back to match our neighbors fence, then vinyl shorter fence in front. They installed a double gate on one side of the house and a walk-through gate on the other side. Excellent work.

Description of Work: Adjusted 2 gates on existing fence. Horrible - 18 emails back and forth, 8 phone calls trying to schedule it with all kinds of excuses. Purchased this in May 2014 - no services performed until July 2014. They guy who came out was not even employed by them, he had dropped his phone and broke it while on his way here. He had to stop someone and use their phone to get directions to our house. Never installed any new brackets or latches just reused what was there - I could have done it myself. |Also, had a quote done of our 1.5 acre yard, their quote is $3000 higher than others I have received since. No way will I use them again.

He had assured us that wood repairs were his specialty. His employment with our company was very short lived and I apologize once again that you had such a negative experience! We had an overwhelming response from our Big Deal offer and unfortunately we were backed up significantly. I am willing to take care of those repairs so they will be to your satisfaction right away if you are OK with that. Please let me know! Thank you!!
