Description of Work: Ken responded the same day to investigate a leaking hot water heater. He checked both units and determined they were not the source of the water. He then modified an A/C condensation run-off tube and determined that the problem was condensation run-off of the cooling coils and referred me to an HVAC professional. He was professional, courteous and friendly. I will definitely use him again in the future.

Description of Work: He fit me in his busy schedule and did a great job. He installed a new faucet in our kitchen. At one point he had to trim a part to make it work. He was very efficient and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. Thanks Angie for the referral.

Description of Work: Bathtub wouldn't drain. I had used up two drain products, used boiling water and baking soda, andhad no results. He used a snake tool and was able to clear it all up in about 15 minutes. It was sohelpful that he was able to come the day I called. I did think the price was high as he was able totake care of it so quickly and it didn't involve any parts. He said the $60 I paid Angie was a discounton $100, and there was an additional $49 I wrote a check for.

Description of Work: I had a time for service on Friday but had to cancel due to an unforseen problem. So this young man came on Saturday afternoon of a holiday week-end. He was very polite and knew his business well. He did a great job for us and we will call him any time we have a plumbing issue. I would gladly recomend him. His price was very reasonalbe especially for the time he had to invest. Great job!

Description of Work: Our main drain was clogged. He came out and fixed it. He gave us a discount because we got his name off of Angies' list. I have no idea if $140.00 is a good price or not so I marked it as a good price since I don't know differently. He was clean, polite and left the area clean.
