The provider was fantastic! Extremely professional and courteous. Gave honest advice on what would be best for the home, and completed the job in a timely manner. The rep was very knowledgeable and kept us informed on the entire process. I couldn't recommend them enough for water treatment and plumbing needs.

When Mark arrived, he quickly listened to our problems and was able to solve our issues AND make several enhancements that the original plumber had missed. He tested our water to ensure all was working correctly and recommended some additional treatment for our water softener to help it last longer. It definitely was not a sales job (I really don't like that kind of an approach) but much more of a recommendation that I might get from one friend to another. I felt no pressure to add the additional service, but am very happy that I did! Mark didn't leave until I had every question answered (this was my first water softener) and ensured everything was very clean. I'd definitely work with him again!

It went great! Much better than I expected. The companies I've use in the past only came to change my fingers and that's it. This company gave me a thorough explanation of the quality of water I should expect and what to do if I'm not getting quality water. Highly recommend this company for anyone concerned about the quality of water they drink.

The service person called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He got behind on the job before me due to some issues, but kept me informed in a timely manner. He arrived when he said he would. He placed a carpet mat down at my front door and also wore booties over his shoes. He was very respectful of my home. He went about his business with little impact and answered questions along the way when I asked. He stayed in contact with his office and was able to provide me with supplies from his truck so that I did not have to order them. Overall this was a very comfortable experience.

We're very impressed. Our clothes and dishes are cleaner, we have no more hard water build up on our fixtures and most importantly, my eczema gotten much better. Our drinking water also tastes great! We couldn't be happier!

We had a water softener that was about 10 yrs old and it had done well but we could tell it was not working as well as it had so about 2 yrs ago we called around and most water softener companies in Salt Lake tried to sell us on a new water softener. When we called Aqua Mechanical they were the only ones who attempted to refurbish it and make it last a few more years. We never forgot this and when our water softener began acting up and we began to see a lot of spots left on dishes, our laundry began to fade and whites began to gray, that's when we called Aqua Mechanical back. This time our softener needed to be replaced. They had quite a few salt free softeners and other softeners that we were able to choose from and we decided to add a reverse osmosis system on as well. We were afraid of the taste of our water so we have been buying purified water from a water store for the past 10 years but we were all very surprised that the water from our new RO filter is as good as the water that we have been buying from the water store. It's been a couple of months since we had the water softener and the reverse osmosis installed and we couldn't be happier. It uses a lot less salt than our old water softener plus we have noticed that it works a lot better than the previous softener did. I told them that if everything worked like they said it would then I'd make sure to leave them a good review, so I am here to make good on my promise. Thanks Aqua Mechanical!
