Description of Work: I was out of state when they cleaned it. But when I got back it was done well. They cleaned 1946 square feet of carpet and then Scotch guarded it. Only could not get one spot out of basement bedroom, that may be rust. Everything else looked great. | |It seems like a lot of money, but there is a lot of carpet. They charged $0.25 per square foot and $2.00 for each stair. They gave 15% discount for Angie's list referral! |

Description of Work: Cleaned carpets and tile floors after a flood. It went very well-they cleaned everything very nicely. The only negative was that the carpet was still left a little more wet than I wished and it took 2 days to fully dry-but it did dry and looked good.

Description of Work: These guys did a phenomenal job and exceeded my expectations. They were prompt, thorough, extremely affordable and honest. We've lived in the house for 5 years without a cleaning and had some bad spotting. He was able to completely get them out and they have not resurfaced. We also had an extremely bad urine smell in our basement from our dog, and he was able to locate the exact spots and only charge for for the deep spot treatment in those areas. I was hoping it would simply reduce the smell, but didn't think it could be eliminated. But its been 2 months and the smell is totally gone and has stayed gone. His extras for stairs, spotting, scotch guard, etc. were also very reasonable. Its been over 2 months since they came, so $400 is an estimate on how much I paid (whole house clean). I know I researched out 2 or 3 other carpet cleaners at the time, and AJ's beat them all in price.
