Awesome! It was really old basement carpet that hadn’t been professionally cleaned in 30 years.. It’s been pulled up several times due to flooding. Over years, the space was used mainly as storage, and places for family to stay with their pets while they transitioned in and out. Looked fine for a tool shed or bomb shelter but for actually living space, it was disgusting. Originally a light beige color, I knew some stains were permanent. I asked them to concentrate on deep cleaning. Health was a priority not looks. I was very impressed with their punctuality, thoroughness, and speed. They obviously new very well what they were doing. The basement results were nothing short of extraordinary. A few blemishes remained here and there but I was shocked they actually got so much up! It looked decades newer. I moved in furniture, installed a Roomba, and the place looks like a million bucks! Seriously, I think the only way it could have looked better is if he replaced the carpet with new. I was so so pleased, I scheduled them to come out two weeks later to do my main floor too. That worn aging carpet had actually been cleaned many many times over the years. But it looked flat and dingy and stretched. It really all needed replacing as well. The results were equally surprising. It’s far less stretched, bright, and full. It’s the oldest carpet in the house... cheap stuff used by builders. I’m loving how it now feels on my bare feet. I now think I’ll be happy with my old carpet until it’s time to sell this place. And their price per sq foot was comfortably competitive with others I’d researched but the real deal is their cost per stair. I actually got all 12 steps done for less than another guy’s estimate for one stair... well, so it was more like one and a half stairs. From beginning to end, I really couldn’t have been more pleased. So easy. So well done.

Punctual, professional, and did exactly as promised. The carpets look fantastic! Seriously. These carpets are over twenty years old and were just haggard. They got stains up I thought absolutely impossible. They feel amazing on your bare feet. I immediately scheduled them to come back to do the upstairs too! I couldn’t be more pleased.

Mark showed up, refused to take the coupon that we got off their website (that the manager/owner told us we could use). He complained about his knees, complained about the fact that we had pet odor (THAT IS WHY WE CALLED A CARPET CLEANER). We had paid an extra $40 for pet stain cleaning services. He did clean in the allotted time, however. Finally, when he was finished and sweaty HE SAT ON OUR COUCH without asking. We left town the next day to allow for maximum showings during the weekend. The first day we were gone, we heard from several of the 17 showings that there was a heavy mildew smell upstairs, and that several people left immediately due to it. He had not properly sucked up the extra water, nor provided an antibacterial spray or mildew suppressant. We called the owner again and told them they needed to do the job correctly while we were out of town and we still had interest in the house. He called Mark out again, who complained to our realtor when he showed up, and initially just sprayed some lemon scent around the upstairs. The realtor told him he needed to actually do the job again, properly this time. He did, and finally fixed the mildew smell upstairs, but somehow unlocked an unholy pet smell (Where did that $40 go again?) in the basement, which we ultimately fixed on our own with baking soda and enzyme cleaner when we got home. However, here's the icing on the cake: while he was there finishing up he actually talked to some people in the midst of a showing to tell them about the "sick animal" that lived in the house and made the smell. He claimed to us, to be able to fix, but didn't. Again, this was just a normal urine stain that we finally fixed ourselves in a couple of hours. Mark was rude, unprofessional, and at the end of the day, took two times to only SORT of do the job right. I would absolutely not call them again.

Victor called to see if he could come a little later, which was totally fine. He was quick and pleasant. His estimate was great and he was able to get stains out of the carpet that were there from 6 years ago, that another company could not get out. He was wonderful and we would hire him again and recommend him to anyone.

There was some confusion on appointment times, So Victor made it right by sending another man to do the job. Ended up with 3 men working on the job. This is 3rd time I have used them and will not use anyone else. Their work attitude is one reason but they also use the best equipment you can use to clean a carpet and I won't use anything but that.

It went great. Victor was easy to work and schedule with and he did a great job on cleaning the carpet.

1100 Sq feet of disgusting, pet-soiled carpet was made right with the world again.

Rob Carter did a great job. There were multiple red and orange stains that he was able to remove, and he made the carpets look awesome for their age and the amount of wear.

While it went well with the provider arriving as scheduled and the carpets cleaning up beautifully the cleaning hose scraped of paint and some sheet rock at a corner. It wasn't a big deal but did require touching up the area.

They did a wonderful job. They did A+ work. The young man that came was great and worked h****** anything that looked like a path on the carpet. He was very good. The scheduling was perfect. He got the done in about 2-3 hours. I would recommend them to others.

Technician was prompt, courteous, efficient and professional.

They sent someone promptly and I needed someone very soon so that was really good. He said he couldn't get out one of the stains because it looks like a grease stain which was fine because I wasn't expecting that. It was in a rental property and he left it really wet so they started to have a mildewy smell that the tenants said a couple of days because it was still wet like 4 or 5 days later. He did come back and clean that area again and it was good that they came out without complaining or anything. The smell didn't go completely away but they offered to come back the third time but the tenants said it was fine. The customer service was great, it was just that one thing about leaving too much water. I paid a little bit extra because we have more rooms than that. I had to call several times to get somebody.

It went well. They were there on time, and got it all done. Carpet looked good afterwards, I had no complaints.
