Description of Work: Repaired the oven cleaning door lock on the stove. Just removed it since we don't use the oven cleaning feature and it was stuck in the locked position. The part to replace it was going to be a couple of hundred dollars.

Description of Work: Fixed ice maker in fridge by ordering a part and ordering a replacement water filter (at a much cheaper cost than anywhere I had seen). I was informed of the time frame required for the parts(s) to arrive and a follow-up appt was made. When the part arrived I was notified. He arrived on time, very clean and neat in appearance, installed the parts and I was sent an e-mail with a copy of the bill. Would definitely recommend.

Description of Work: We contacted them early one morning because the heating element of the dryer went out. They responded immediately and came out that afternoon. They succinctly identified the problem, ordered a part and were back the next day to install it. We were very pleased and will definitely be using them again.
