My Hone Warranty company used this company and I am glad they did. I searched them prior to going through with the home warranty and they have good reviews online, google, etc.

The service was timely and effective. The price was reasonable as well. Overall, we contacted them via Angie's List and they answered immediately. They had a repair technician out here within a day. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and then was able to fix it. I would definitely use them again.

Arrive in two sessions. First, was to a**** what needed to be done. Second to replace bearings. Both individuals were clean and neat, attended to our needs in an efficient manner. We would recommend.

The young man that came out accurately diagnosed the problem. It was a faulty water pump. He advised us on what repairs would be best. He was always punctual and responsive. He had the dishwasher repaired in 1 hour after the parts arrived. He was very polite and really seemed to know what he was doing. I will definitely hold onto his card and share his name with friends and relatives. Great company. Great service. Given the age of this dishwasher and the cost of the repair I am so glad I did not spend 3X the amount for a new dishwasher.

Called by our warranty company to fix a washing machine. Misdiagnosed twice. Replaced the transmission and then the motor, only to find out it was just a sensor. Took over a week each time to come fix only to have it break the same day. Technician bent the frame so badly that even an additional $300 in parts and it's broken again, the frame can't support it. We now get to pay an additional $650 for a new machine. Awful experience.

I was advised by another company that it may be my compressor when I called Kyle and told him the problem and the type of fridge I had, he knew exactly what the problem was. He told me there would be no parts required and that it was an easy fix. I only had to pay the service charge. Vanderdoes lived up to the reviews and thebeyond. I'm so glad I called! Kyle finished the job in a little over a half hour. He was so pleasant and very good at what he does. Thank you!

Kyle came a little early (after calling, of course) and attacked the puzzle of the burner malfunction. His troubleshooting skills were very logical and effective, as he did find the wire inside the wall that was causing the problem. (I have an old stovetop with wires going through the wall to the control panel on the hood above.) He fixed the wire and did a great job explaining the problem and the fix. The next two fixes were a stove burner and an oven heating element that both needed to be replaced. Again, Kyle showed his expertise by locating parts that fit (having made a suitable substitution in the case of my very old oven). He went out of his way to get the appropriate parts in quickly, and I had full function of my oven and stove by the weekend, in time for Easter! The price listed above is the "copay" that I had as part of my home warranty program. The warranty covered the cost of the parts and any additional labor.

Arrived on time. Was pleasant, but slow. Nothing has changed in my washing machine. Still having the same problems I had before. Not willing to call them back as I'm in the process of packing and moving. Will use different repair company after I move.

He was very informative and explained what the problem was. We were very impressed with the service and would highly recommend them in the future.

It went well. We have a contract through Landmark Home Warranty, so he was who they contacted. Kyle is a excellent repairman and would use him outside of Landmark. We finally had to get a new microwave because the one that came with the home we bought just was not fixable after several calls and replacing parts in it. It was over10 years old. Kyle recommended to Landmark after the 3rd try for Landmark to replace the microwave for us. He really did an excellent job on trying to repair the existing microwave. His immediate call to us, his prompt response and coming out was very good.

They were available to come out w/in a day and fixed the oven and had to order a part for the burner. The repair was expensive, but it was because the part was expensive. I thought their price was fair and they were able to get my stove and oven working again, so I was pleased and would call them again.

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be calling them again whenever I need something else fixed.

Overall the experience was excellent. We are very happy with the service from VanderDoes Home Services.

I called for appt. Got same day service. Service men arrived at exactly the appointment time. In 15 minutes they had diagnosed the problem, made the repair, cleaned up the work area and were gone. GREAT SERVICE. I highly recommend them.

He gave me an estimate that he admitted would not be worth the cost of the materials to perform the job and suggested that it would be cheaper to buy a new washer at HOME DEPO; so we did, and it was.

I first called a different repair company. They didn't show the day they were scheduled and when they finally came they didn't seem to know what the problem really was. They told me they had to order parts. Two weeks later I called and was told the parts were on backorder. Another two weeks went by and I called again and got the same line. I finally called VanerDoes. They showed up on time, diagnosed the problem within minutes and could tell me right then how quickly they could have the part in. It was less than a week and they were back to fix the ice maker. I'm still waiting for the first company to call and let me know that the part is in 4 months later. I'm thrilled with VanerDoes and have recommended them to friends since.

Excellent. Kyle (owner) was very professional and responded to my email input (from his website) within 48hrs (xmas eve response! did not wait for the Holiday to pass!) He came out and promptly diagnosed the problem as a broken water pump impeller. Replacement pump was ordered for next day delivery, and Kyle returned day after (Sat) to install on the washer. Verified that part was installed correctly and tested out unit. Prompt, professional, very efficient, and responsive. I would highly recommend VanderDoes for any future large appliance repairs.

Great experience, very timely, personally returned my calls to set up an appointment. Am very pleased with his service. Sometimes I think we get wrapped up in larger companies, when the best service comes from someone like VanderDoes Home Service.

Kyle arrived exactly on time. He did some very careful troubleshooting of the physical details and the electrical stuff, eliminating one thing after another. He switched the two oven doors. He checked out what was happening when the door was removed. The final diagnosis was that the double oven unit was mis-aligned and the heat was causing the door to swell just enough to jam it. It wasn't the lock mechanism after all. He hoisted the oven into plumb and shimmed it at the bottom and everything was perfect. We had never noticed that the oven canted ever so slightly left. Now all is well.

The overall experience with VanderDoes Home Service was very good. The repairman was very personable and explained what had to be done before doing the repair. He did what he needed to do, did it well, and was on his way.

It was great. I was real pleased with the service I got.
