Description of Work: I hired Truly Nolan pest control several years ago to spray for bugs at my home on a continuing basis. They did very well the first year or so. Then the price started going up and the service started going down. They kept leaving those sticky spider traps. I asked several time for them not to do this, as we have little children in our home. Their blankets, or the children would be stuck to these and it was very annoying. Then I was informed that they are only allowed to use a certain amount of spray (very little) unless I would call and complain to have them come back out. I have since switched to a new pest control service, and as soon as I had them spray the first time, bugs and spiders literally came out of the woodwork. So, I don't think that what they were doing was adequate.

I hired this company to come out and spray for carpenter ants. I was very disappointed with the company. I Don't feel like he did all the work that I was charged for. I would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.

I feel you have to go on faith with these companies. They spray a powder around the foundation and under windows. I still see spiders around, so I don't know how effective it really is.
