Truly Nolen Pest & Termite Control Commercial of Ogden, Utah

I called and made an appointment for someone to come out and inspect my yard in order to get a quote for services as requested by the company. That was yesterday, Wednesday the 25th. I was offered possible dates of today Thursday afternoon or next week. I asked for today and was told the representative would be at my home between 1:30PM and 3:00PM. At 4:40PM today, I called the business as no one had shown up nor called to advise me of any changes to the appointment. The gentleman who answered the phone (I was transferred somewhere after dialing the local number) said I was scheduled for tomorrow, Friday, between 2:00PM and 4:00PM. I told him that was incorrect because I have other obligations tomorrow afternoon. He contacted the agent and she said that it was not possible for her to come out and do the inspection today and he wanted to reschedule the inspection for tomorrow. I told him no as I do not wish to do business with a company that cannot do what they say they'll do. If they cannot even show up for an inspection when scheduled, what would the response be if I had a problem with their service?

Truly Nolen has been our pest control company for approximately the last two years. Their technicians are very professional and courteous. They come once a month to do the service and they check-in every time to make sure everything is ok or if there is anything specific they need to work on. They have also treated one of our buildings for bedbugs. Since it was the first time we had ever had that problem I was very scared it would spread to the adjacent buildings, as I had heard it was very hard to get rid of these pests. However, even though it did take three treatments, which is common, we where bedbug free and we have never had any reocurrences in that building or any others. They did a great job. |

They completely inspected my property and treated it to eradicate termites. They came back and reinspected it a year later.

Truly Nolen does a quarterly pest control service for me. This visit was their standard quarterly visit and consisted of a treatment to the exterior of my house.

I was not notified of visit and therefore was not home at time of visit.

I have pest control services completed quarterly, and termite inspections completed annually. I have been with this company for approximately 4 years. They are very conscientious and professional about the services they provide. Their inspections are very thorough and their applications very effective. If a problem comes up between scheduled visits, they make a return visit right away to address the problem---at no charge to me. This company definitely out performs the two pest control services I have used in the past. I highly recommend this company.

The service has been okay. They have not been as timely as I would have liked. They did miss a month on one occasion. They do the work needed. They were the most reasonably priced for the service.

The service has turned out well. The service people are always really polite. They always call ahead to schedule and they are flexible with any adjustments.

I love Truly Nolen's service. We have always used the same guy and a different guy came this time and he did a good job. They would come everyday if service was needed. We have never had a problem in all the time that we have used them. They are very good and professional and they are really good with my kids and pets. Really nice service man came over to gave me a quote. He was very honest and helpful. Their price was too much for me for one time, but I'm sure they would be good if you were looking to do their constant services.

This company came four times to treat the infestation but never solved the problems. The bees are still in the roof. I called another company today to try to remedy the problem.

They drive around in a little yellow car with mouse ears on top. They charge less money where my Mom lives. I will continue to use them.

They weren't able to identify where the weevils were coming from, but they were very responsive and came out two or three extra times after the initial treatment to work on the weevil problem. We finally discovered the source of the infestation and eliminated it. Truly Nolen came back for another scheduled treatment and our house has been practically insect free ever since. We are loving it. They are professional and quick to respond. It has been a positive experience over all.

Their service has been fine. I do have a long term contract with them for termite control.

A service guy came to the house for an estimate, and I purchased the year-round protection with guarantee. A man came to do the initial service a week later. Though I was relatively unimpressed by the methods used to make our home bug and rodent-free, I have not seen a bug or spider since the initial service. So far, I'm extremely pleased, as I was killing a spider + each day prior to treatment. Time will tell; but, with the current results and the guarantee, I feel quite confident that I won't have an issues with unwanted pests this winter.

After discussing our options with the inspector we decided to go for the full seasons care package they offer. So far this has been well worth it. The bedbugs haven't come back and we've had few other pests to note in the house. We're very happy with the service they've performed.

They always come when they say they will come. They are willing to come in between if you find a problem. They do the inside and I seldom have had any insects.

They sprayed around the foundation and came inside as well.
