Description of Work: The coupon and their website clearly said to call for an appointment. However, they don't take appointments! It's first come first served and, if you're not there early you may have to spend the entire day there. They also said they would charge extra for some services but, when I got there they said they would not and would not perform any service. No problem about the work, but I think the huge inconvenience - and not being up front about it - is a problem. They were cordial and immediately suggested I requset a refund.
