Mint Condition

Have take many cars to them in the past, but they have taken a horrible turn for the worst in the last months. Have taken three cars to them in the last month. The first one was OK, but they put and extra trunk liner and floor mats in my trunk that I had to take back down to them. The second, the entire interior was so coated everywhere in protectant spray that my hands were coated after driving it home, and my pants were stained from it. The last car, they vacuumed up a small rubber insert in a compartment of my center console, and when I spoke with Shane (the owner) about it, he said he would replace it. When I searched and found out it was only $11, I sent him a note with the price and was in the process of sending a follow up text to say don't worry about it, when he called me and berated me for 15 min without letting me get a word in edge wise. He told me if I could afford a nice car, I could afford to replace the part without bothering him. Seriously sounded like he was on something. When I told him I was a regular customer and had taken 6 or so cars in to his shop in the last year, he laughed and said he could care less. I guess he doesn't need my business, so I won't be "bothering" him anymore. I suggest you don't bother him either.

I won't use them again, the price changed the moment I pulled in with an SUV. I wasn't satisfied with what they told me and had the offer refunded.

I went into the building and was greeted by the owner, Shane and he let me know that he was not open that day and was not welcoming at all. Then I asked him about doing a Jeep instead of a car on the coupon and he told me for $50 more. So I told him I would leave it then. That night for a period of about 3 hours, he was either drunk or ? impaired, but he sent me angry text messages, cussing, telling me I didnt know how to follow directions. I was putting him out and he wanted me to know it!!! I told him to cancel the order on the Jeep and I would return with my car in the morning before he opened. Then he called me stupid and told me the only thing I needed to do is to "shut my f***ing mouth" to tell him I'm sorry and to say thank you, say thank you, say thank you......... When I told him I had never been treated this way he asked.... Customer Service? I said yes, and especially as the owner of the business. Well he let loose even more on me. He told me his statistics, his years of operation, that he doesn't "touch pee pee's and kiss *****" but his customer service is in his bloody knuckle work. He doesn't have to be nice. He's that good! I issued a complaint to Groupon for the behavior and harrassment and instead of them contacting me as I requested, they responded to him, leaving my email address for him to contact me further. So, that night, he blew up my email texting ignorant things again. This man has NO people skills and his anger issues are out of control. Not just a little bit!!! I don't care how good his work is, he shouldn't be dealing with people and he sure does not know the true definition of Customer Service. The only pictures I would upload is the dialogue off my phone showing you how nuts he is!

It was good. He did a good job. It seemed kind of pricey. It wasn't that dirty, but he did charge the full amount. I would go again if I needed it. He treated me good because I'm on Angie's List.

Excellent. Very pleased with the overall condition of the car. Only issue was they were very busy on Friday. Dropped the car off at 10, wasn't ready until after 6 due to workload. But the work was done well.

When I called to make an appointment I discovered the company was located in Ogden, Utah which is about 70 minute drive away from my residence. I cancelled the service and had my money refunded.

They never responded back to us even after leaving 5 different messages.

Mint not only did not contact me, when they did, left a VM that was curt and unfriendly. When I returned their call to schedule, a female, who sounded like I woke her up at 9:00 AM, was of no help. She could not schedule my appt., nor could she answer any questions related to the detail. Additionally, no one ever contacted me to clarify what the women could not help with, so that I could schedule the service. Obviously, I did not go through with the service. BUYER BEWARE

They did a good job on detaling my car.

The detailing took about three hours. They did a very good job. It takes about three hours so be prepared to have someone pick you up so you do not have to wait for it to be done. Be prepared for the seats being wet from cleaning when you pick up the vehicle.

Tax was added that I feel Angie List should have included.

I was very surprised to see how my 17 yr. old truck looked when they were finished. I was there for 2 hours, but every minute was well spent. The outside was polished to perfection including the dark molding and the tires. The engine looked as good as when it left Detroit.The engine not only looked clean but all the belts, hoses and 2 batteries (required on Cummins Engines) were polished to their original black color.The inside upholstery was steam cleaned including carpets and inside roof lining. The dash board was polished and the windows thoroughly cleaned. Plus an added bonus, their was a specialty Coffee Shop across a small street from their building! Over all experience EXCELLENT!

I bought 2 deals and wanted to apply the cash value toward a detailing and they wouldn't allow that. I ended up getting a refund from Angie's List.

Angie's List OFFERED... three separate times to reimburse me for my purchase. I of course never saw anything. I didn't ask for it as I know you do not typically get reimbursed for unused items. It just so happens that when I would call in for other purposes and they would ask me why I didn't use my purchase and I explain they offer to refund my money. Bad Customer Service. Don't offer something and not deliver... ESPECIALLY three times! This of course has nothing to do with Mint Condition. This customer service issue is on Angie's List! I cannot rate Mint Condition. I keep getting emails asking me to and whenever I log into my Angie's List account it pops up in my face every time that I need to write a review. So here you go Angie.

The conditions of the detailing deal meant that our car was not fully covered, so we asked for the deal to be refunded. Mint Condition was very nice about granting the refund.

Husband wasn't too happy about it. The interior wasn't as clean as it could have been and they left some kind of weird film on the inside of the windows that we had a hard time getting off.

I bought a big deal for this service and it turned out great. I have used them before and they are awesome. I don't have any dislikes although the carpet is still wet when I come in, but that is because it is still winter and I don't have much of a choice. The last time they cleaned an SUV for me. On the coupon I did not get the SUV price and had to pay a little extra because it is big, but it is still worth it. I pay tax when I pick up the car.

They wanted to charge me over $200 which didn’t seem like a good price for what I needed done. When I needed help there was no one else available to help me. They were just trying to send me to their competitors with their high pricing. I only needed some simple detailing of my van and they wanted to charge me an unreasonable price so I ended up not using them.

I purchased the product and then emailed them to find out how long the detailing would take, because I would probably wait there while it was done. I mentioned that I had some dog hair in my car and the person who wrote back told me that they won't clean my car if it has dog hair in it (their big deal fine print says they won't do it if the car has major dog hair-my car does not have major dog hair in it). In any case, the person suggested I cancel my order so I am.

They shop was too far away for me to take it there.

Outstanding service...excellent results

Mint Condition definitely cleaned it. They washed was cleaning the car interior and exterior but for some reason, when we got it back the windows were spotted, I don't know what you do about that. But that's the first thing she noticed, was that they didn't clean the window but they washed and wax the whole car.

Mint Condition has detailed two of my vehicles. The first one was as a result of the Angie's List special which was purchased, the second one was done at my request because they had done such a nice job initially. I found them to be quick, responsive and extremely pleasant to work with. Both times I feel like I got excellent value for the price I paid. I would gladly use them in the future and recommend them to others.

Company was flexible with scheduling (service was purchased as xmas gift, service scheduled in April). Our vehicle is a soft-top convertible and the brush system left a noticeable spiral marking on the roof.
