Description of Work: I have a large list of issues about problems with this company starting with scheduling (not showing up when they said they would) to leaving litter in front of my house, leaving the crawlspace open with the light on, cutting large holes in the wall that I had to end up patching. Almost every interaction with this company was unpleasant and most of the work done was poor. I would not recommend using this company.

Description of Work: Same day appointment. They will work on older furnaces when others will not. Discovered it was a simple fix, a clogged water tube. I do not know how much a drip cap should be, but was charged 85.00 on top of the 79.00 service charge.

Description of Work: they screwed up the furance and ac installed it wrong it took a long time to get it rightthe new furance had water in it so it rusted the pipes were not right it cost over $8000 dollars the furance and ac. they are stupid and not professional

Description of Work: After the wife spelled out how much more comfortable I would be with air conditioning in the house this summer as opposed to making payments on a new Harley-Davidson I consulted Angie's List for a local contractor that installs ductless A/C systems. Comfort Solutions popped up with good reviews so I gave them a call on a Wednesday and spoke to a helpful gentleman (Josh) who showed up as promised the next day to take measurements and promised to provide an estimate. He called the next day and brought out the contract with a promise to begin work the following week. As promised a uniformed crew of two arrived on Monday about 10 minutes early and began work on the installation of three indoor and three outdoor Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning systems (Mr. Slim). The entire install took three days and could not have been more professional. The main installer (Wayne) was knowlegeable, courteous and extremely skilled as the installation required the placement of three indoor wall units, three outdoor compressors and the electrical circuitry to make it all work. At the end of each day (and these were 9 and 10 hour days) Wayne cleaned up his work areas and took pictures of his progress for review by "his boss". The job was completed Wednesday. Josh called back on Thursday and asked if he could come out and check on the finished product today (Friday). He showed up at the appointed time with a complimentary portable gas grill, to make sure the system worked as promised and answer any questions we had. We liked the option of paying it off in twelve months, interest free. This outfit goes way beyond expectations and deserves the absolute highest ratings Angie allows.

Description of Work: I had a new AC and furnace installed. They removed the old systems and replaced it with a top of the line Trane system.

Description of Work: They were supposed to come give me an estimate for putting in Central Air. When I spoke with the late estimator he also said that they like to take 1.5 hours to do estimates! Yowch! That is a long time! I have had two others come out and they each took 15 minutes at the most.

Description of Work: They came into upgrade your furnace and water heater to new standards to get up to code. Green sticker.
