They left a big giant mess. They came out and they did the service that they quoted us. The workers made my wife nervous and some of the comments were inappropriate. At the end, there was patchwork and stuff that needed to be done that they didn’t quote. That was fine. They came back though and left a mess. They hadn’t cleaned up after themselves. There was insulation and stuff sitting in our yard so that was disappointing. The main electrician was talking about a lot of strange things. His assistant was much more personable and much more professional. He did most of the talking about the actual work that they were doing. The assistant was actually great and the master electrician was very strange.

FINE EXCEPT THE WORKER LEANED THE UPPER PART OF HIS EXTENSTITON LADDER AGAINST MY GLASS BACK DOOR. HE WAS A BIG GUY AND I WAS SURE THE LADDER WAS GOING TO CRASH THOUGH THE GLASS AND SINCE IT AS WINTER THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN A REAL PROBLEM.

They completed wiring for the following: power for my make-up mirror; 2 directional LED spots above the vanity; LED spot above the tub: spot in the toilet alcove; installed a vent fan. I've worked with them multiple times since this project and they are great. They say what they're going to do and do what they say. A rarity in the trade field. They are pleasant to work with and the communication from the office regarding scheduling or a changes in scheduling is excellent (which is key to the survival of any trade business). At this point, I've probably had contact with most/all of their residential electricians and all of them are very courteous and polite and are always timely. I enjoy working with them and will continue to do so as I work my way through a complete renovation of the house I purchased. I would also recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

They installed 12 LED spots in bedrooms (4 in each of 3 bedrooms) and matching switches, 4 stairway lights with a 3-way switch, 2 LED spots in a bathroom, power for my makeup mirror, and added 2 3-way switches for existing switches. This is the second time I've worked with them and they are great. They do a really nice job. All of the electricians are friendly and polite. They show up when they're supposed to and are just really nice to work with. I will continue to use them throughout the several projects I have left to complete. I would also recommend them to anyone. They treat you great whether the job is small or large so don't hesitate to reach out to them.

This is my third time to work with them. This was a very small job - the others have been larger. I have to say they are just as great to work with on a small job as the larger ones. This attitude is what earns them such great reviews. On all occasions they have been a pleasure to work with and I will continue to recommend them and work with them in the future. I have a number of projects for 2015 so I'm looking forward to continuing the partnership with them. If you are thinking of getting some electrical work done, you can't go wrong with them. They show up on time and all of the electricians are polite and great to work with. You won't regret choosing them!

It was great! They were flexible with scheduling and even scheduled my work before the quote was done to insure that if I decided to do the work, it would be done before the holidays. They were a little late bc of traffic but called to let me know. They were quick and friendly. I was comfortable with them in my home. One of them was so sweet with my toddler while he worked and even let him hold a couple tool. They cleaned up their mess after and took all the boxes to the trash for me. Would definitely hire them again.

He came out on Sunday night on short notice. Investigated and found the problem. Fixed it quickly and efficiently. Really appreciated his professionalism and humility.

Some confusion on the part of the employee. We were contacted by the owner and everything was resolved to our satisfaction.

They were very reasonably priced. They showed up timely and were efficient. Very pleasant to deal with.

This was a positive experience from the very start. The estimator, Jon, was clear in understanding what we wanted, told us what we needed to know to follow the codes, and told us exactly what to expect. The estimate was fair and reasonable. Mike and Ian came out to do the work over the next couple of months. They scheduled in a reasonable time frame, and always showed up when they said they would. Mike gave us suggestions on what and where to put electrical boxes. Because we trusted them, and their suggestions, they ended up doing a fair amount of time and materials work on top of the original bid work. It was so worth it. We know the job was done right. Finding good people is a blessing. Also, they told up to make sure to get the rebates for all the new LED cans, and that check came in the mail just the other day. These new Lithonia LED cans are much better than the first LED cans that came out on the market. 2400K warm soft white, come on immediately. Cannot tell the difference from incandescent.

What a fantastic experience. From the initial phone call to the completion of the project everything was efficient, professional, and exactly what I expected. When I scheduled the appointment they were great at fitting my schedule and called before the electrician was scheduled to arrive so I could be home and didn't spend all day waiting. The electrician was great and honest about the work needed and kept the price at what I was quoted (no hidden fees or charges)

Everything was awesome from the 1st contact to set up the bid through the completion of the work. The estimator was on time for the appointment and was very knowledgeble. We were on a very tight time crunch to get the work completed and everyone worked together to make it happen. The office staff was awesome and everyone who came to the house was awesome. We are so happy with the work - it was done so fast and everything worked perfectly. We have found the company we will do business with everytime we need electrical work done - they are the best and we are so happy and feel blessed to have found them. Thanks Angie's list!!

Very reasonably priced compared to others in the valley. I worked with a couple of electricians during my 3 month remodel and would highly recommend Mike and Ian at JP Electrical.

I am very happy with the service provided by JP Electrical. They provided a detailed written estimate shortly after I requested it. The electricians that completed the work were easy to work with and very accommodating. I'm not sure how their rates compare to other electricians but I feel the excellent service I received was worth the amount I paid.

These guys are great! They showed up when they were supposed to and got right down to fixing the problem. I had asked them to fix some recessed lighting, but when they were done I asked them to look at an exterior light that was broken. He said I just needed a new fixture. He offered to get one for me, but reminded me that they were on the clock for $100/hr. He told me what to get and how to fix it so I wouldn't have to spend more money. How great is that?! While they were at my house, my decorator was trying to move a piano. It had to go up a small step and there was no way we were going to get it up there! These guys offered to do it for us. They were so nice. It was super heavy and they certainly didn't have to help-it was way out of their job description, but they did it anyway! I would definitely use JP Electrical again.

There was two people that came in; there's an older man, a seasoned electrician and he has a little side kick. The older man wasn't able to get to the bottom of the air conditioner problem but he called somebody whose in the business and got an answer from them and that was very helpful.

They did fantastic. I let them know 24 hours before I needed them. They were actually pretty busy. They worked it out though, and he was here at 7:30 in the morning the next day. He did a really nice job. Really nice people. Very dependable.

They were punctual and the service was good. They installed some lights. There was one problem that was pretty difficult but they were very persistent to figure out why it wasn't working.

Jon from JP arrived early, was incredibly professional and thorough with only 24 hour notice. When I called JP the young lady that answered my call was prompt/courteous in providing me a quote and confirming a time. The quote was $65 for the inspection - a fee that Jon waived because we were Angies List members. I could not have asked for more from Jon and will call JP Electric when we commence with our electrical upgrade in our new home!! I would recommend Jon and JP to everyone.

I requested a callback through Angie's List on a Sunday and JP Electric called me first thing the next morning to set up an appointment. This blew me away because my husband and I have made multiple attempts to contact other electricians who had previously done work for us, but they never bothered to call back on this particular job. (I guess their businesses must be thriving and they don't need more work?) When the appointment got closer, I received a call from JP Electric a day early because there had been a cancellation, and I accepted the appointment for the same day. The journeyman electrician and apprentice showed up exactly on time. They were dressed professionally in company t-shirts, driving a company van. They were courteous and demonstrated perfect manners (you just don't see this anymore in the service industry), so kudos to CJ and Devin (and thank you for respecting the "no shoes" house rule)!! I showed them what we needed to have done and they provided an estimate. When the job was finished, the estimate was very close to the final total. The work was completed within the estimated time frame, even though my husband and I made a change request just as work was starting. CJ and Devin were flexible and incorporated the change without any hesitation. We are very satisfied customers and highly recommend JP Electric for any electrical work that you may need. In the future, we will call them for all our electrical needs. JP Electric is an exceptional company and is at the top of Angie's List with 5 Stars and has a BBB A+ rating for good reason!!

We could not have been more pleased. The bid process went easily, including some good advice on what to do in each room (type of lights, number, placement). The actual work was done very professionally, cleanly, efficiently, and the electricians provided good advice on actual detailed placements. For the 2014 work, Jon Street again provided good advice and a responsive bid, and Mike Christiansen and his partner Ian once again performed high quality and clean work.

Very positive experience. Scheduling was quick and pleasant. Mike and Ian arrived at the scheduled time, identified why we didn't have electricity from 4 outlets in one room and corrected the problem. They replaced 4 LARGE fluorescent light fixtures for considerably less than it would have been if I had had the chain store where I bought them do the installation. They were very professional, pleasant, informative and worked efficiently and hand. I recommend JP Electric favorably. They are my choice when I need help again. Bill
