Nick from AAA came out the next day and had repairs done shortly after. Everything looks great and we are using them for other projects.

This was the third restoration company that we used in our attempts to clean up the moldy mess in our bathroom (from an attic water leak). How we wish we had contacted them first! Nick Oliver was excellent when he came to assess the problem and give an estimate. He was a great listener as well as an excellent communicator of what needed to happen to make our home safe for our family. He took his time, looked at all angles of the problem, and e-mailed a line-by-line estimate to me that same afternoon. (Nick was also very good with my young children, who pestered him with stories and wanted his attention. Thank you!) Nick also accompanied the team to my house when they got started with the project. He gave them very clear directions about what needed to be done and was available to them by phone throughout the two long days that they worked here. The crew was also very patient with my children and worked around us very well. They set up containment barriers and did a great job of keeping the mold and asbestos in the areas where they were working. Countless bags of trash were hauled from the bathroom out my front door, but our living area remained quite clean, especially considering the major demolition happening in the next room. It took three men two long days to complete the job. The entire time, I heard only positive words between them - never cussing or complaining. They actually seemed to enjoy working together, which kept the atmosphere in my home pleasant. The crew supervisors on both days were great at communicating progress to me. Successes, as well as problems or areas of concern, were brought to my attention, which made me feel like they were working for me and not just around me. In the end, our bathroom was totally gutted and construction-ready. The mold was taken care of, and we didn't have to worry about asbestos dust as we moved forward with a DIY bathroom remodel. We absolutely would have hired AAA Restoration to complete the remodel, but we couldn't afford it. If we ever need a remodel or demolition job done in the future, AAA Restoration will be the first company we will contact.

They came out super fast and contained the area. Couldn't ask for a better company. They are also contractors. My number one guys to go through.

It went well; they got the job done. The price was high but I have nothing to compare it to.

GREAT! I am so happy. See paragraph above. They hung beautiful new doors in my living room! My large screen TV is now mounted on the wall. I have recessed cam lighting, and they hung my wonderful new dining room fan/light. The contractor and helpers were trustworthy, friendly, and knowledgeable. I even felt comfortable leaving the house a couple of times and providing the contractor with my door key so he could close up when he finished for the day. They had to pull up my new carpet (3 months old) to complete my job. My carpet was stored safely at their warehouse. They reinstalled the carpet after putting down new pad. Then they shampooed my carpet. They re-filled my antic with new blown insulation that had to be removed when my old ceiling was taken down. They helped to move my heavier pieces of furniture, too. Can I say again, I am very happy with the results.

It went great. They were wonderful. They did a really good job. They're dependable and they do what they say.

We decided to deal with it ourselves, as it wasn't substantial. Everything went fine, there were no issues. It was a helpful visit, and they didn't try to rip me off . They were prompt, and they were honest.

They responded quickly. Dallas was wonderful. It took a long time to get everything finished but that wasn't AAA's issue, but the insurance company. Dallas always got back to me when I had another query about the insurance company. The work was done professionally. They moved everything out of the basement and back in after the carpet was laid. The only complaint I have is I just discovered by top drawer of my filing cabinet won't open anymore. Would use them again without hesitation.

They arrived very promptly after I called. They were very clean and professional and kind. They explained everything they were doing and answered all my questions. They were very thorough and cleaned up after themselves. They wouldn't even use my garbage can. They insisted on taking all trash to their truck.

They were always punctual and easy to get in touch with. This was the first problem we have had with our home and as first-time homeowners, it was comforting that we had people we could get in touch with anytime we had questions or concerns. I would highly recommend using their services.

The people were friendly. I thought they’re a little rough but that’s how they work. I had communication problems with them. I never knew when his carpenter would come to my house. That was the thing that bothered me the most because I have cats. I don’t want to risk them going outside during the day when I was at work. I thought the carpenter was pretty unprofessional but I thought the number one guy seemed pretty professional.

Had a leak in the basement from the refrigerator line above. Had another company recommended by my plumber come out and cut our our mold and chemically treat and dry out our walls. I didn't know that the first company didn't do restorative work. I wish I had called AAA first! Nick came out after I had my insurance assess the damage. I have Progressive insurance, and basically they cut me a check for the work they felt was adequate, minus my $500 deductible. Nick took a look at my itemized quote and found that they had significantly underbudgeted on the drywall work and did not include carpet cleaning. He told me he would do the work for the money I was given, plus my $500 deductible, and he would work with my insurance agency to get the rest of the money. He held true to his word. I only paid my $500 out of pocket for my deductible, and Nick got $825 more from my insurance to cover the rest of the work. I was pleased with every member of the crew who came to my home. They were all professional, kind, great with my kids, and did great work--especially Randy and Austin, our painters. I just moved into this home, and my basement now looks better than it did before the leak!

AAA did a thorough mold mitigation and walked me through each step. The finished product was excellent. I was so impressed with their work that I used them a second time for the same purpose.

He called me back right away. He had 22 years of experience. I had a severe black mold problem. They fixed it right away and put up a barrier of plastic. They knew what they were doing and it took them five days complete the job. They stayed on it until it was complete. I was very satisfied with their services and I knew immediately that they knew what they were doing.

They never called me back. They could have at least called to let me know they weren't taking anymore business at the time, but I just didn't hear anything at all. I may be willing to give them another try but if they were this unresponsive again, then no.

Selected the company from the list provided by Angie's List primarily because it was in my neighborhood. The advertisement read that someone would be available to receive a call 24/7. I called at 5 am and was surprised that an employee of the company answered and immediately had someone to contact me.. The supervisor came to my office within hours to do the initial assessment of the problem. He laid out a plan to address the problem which was adhered to. The initial job of mold abatement was done within days. The cost of the project was reasonable.

The renters in our home discovered mushrooms growing out of the baseboards in the basement bedroom and water marks on the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom. After testing the air, mold was confirmed to be in several rooms in the house. We got bids from four mold remediation companies and decided on AAA--their price was competitive and they were extremely professional. They performed the work in a very timely manner and, once the home was free of mold from further testing, they gave us another bid on restoring the home to the original condition. They did a great job replacing drywall, painting, carpeting, etc. The home looks great. We highly recommend this company--they were fantastic!

They had contracted different people to do different things. They were awesome and the whole experience was awesome. They were here when they needed to be here. I felt that they really cared and I would highly recommend them. I would use them again in the future if need be.

They were excellent from beginning to end. I didn't know whom to call. They were really timely. They got everything back the way it was. My insurance agent felt like the price was very reasonable. I would definitely use them again. They had specialists for each thing. I was comfortable with every single person they had in my house. They took pride in their work.

I would say that they responded to an emergency situation. Besides that they did a very good job. I would highly recommend them.
