AAA Restoration Emergency

While I can’t recommend flooding your house just for the experience, if that’s the experience you’re already having, I can wholeheartedly recommend using AAA Restoration to help get things back to normal. When we discovered that a water main had burst and flooded under the house, we were at a complete loss as to how to handle it ourselves. Fortunately, our frantic search for a disaster cleanup crew led us to the highly rated AAA Restoration company. While my husband attempted several other companies and either couldn’t get through or was told he’d get a call back “later”, I got through to AAA Restoration immediately, and they had someone out to our location faster than we thought possible given that it was the end of the business day. They fought through traffic to help us start pumping hundreds of gallons of water out from the crawl space and under the house storage areas. It was such a relief to know someone else who knew what to do was taking over. The employees were all very informative, professional, and they documented everything they did along with a complete inventory of what was pulled out from the storage area and how everything was dispositioned. They worked well with our home insurance, and we got regular updates on the progress of every step of the way. We went from basically having an “indoor wading pool” to dried and dehumidified and back to feeling like it was just the normal home again. The fans and dehumidifiers were already set up and had been running for half a day before we got a call back from even one of the multiple other companies we had contacted the night before. Even after the work was done, the house was dry, and the bills were paid, Brittany was incredibly helpful in tracking down some information for us on some of the specific items that had been in storage. While I’m hopeful we’ll never have a flooded house again, we are 100% going to be using them for carpet cleaning moving forward, just on the basis of our experience over the last couple of weeks. 11/10, can recommend.

AAA Restoration did a great job on cleaning up a leaky pipe that had leaked water in the basement. The got out quick and and cleaned up all the water & ran the humidifier all weekend all for a reasonable price. Also - the charged me at the low end of the original bid they provided which is nice too. I highly recommend AAA Restoration in the unfortunate event you have any flooding that needs to be cleaned up.

Called AAA based on reviews to look at a water leak situation into my basement that I can’t determine the cause. After assessing the situation, AAA couldn’t isolate the source, and ruled out anything that they would be able to take care of. However, they did give me some suggestions on what might be happening, and provided referrals on who might be able to help. They were very credible, and did not try to sell me on unnecessary service. I appreciated their courtesy, knowledge, professionalism, and punctuality. For this situation there wasn’t any work they could do to help, but based on my experience, I would call them again if I have a future issue in their specialty.

After speaking with the gentleman on the phone and finding such high expectations from the company I was quite concerned what the estimate was going to be. AAA was able to come out the next day and give us an estimate that was with in the price range of the other three estimates we had received. They were not high at all they were right in the ballpark, same as everyone else. So we decided to hire them. They came in and were very professional they had safety and health concerns as their top priority. They alerted us to anymore mold. They explain to us step-by-step what they were doing why they were doing it what we should expect. They were complete professionals. After the mold we mediation was done we were given the option to have AAA rebuild the room to the way it was before. We asked them to give us an estimate for construction and paint etc. Unfortunately that estimate came back through the roof HIGH! Their construction estimate was four times what it ended up costing us to have another company come in and fix the room. I would recommend AAA for any mold remedium Asian that you need done they are beyond professional they are looking out for their customer. They have safety as a priority I do not think you could find a better mold remediation company. When it comes to rebuilding I do think you should find your own general contractor and you’ll get a better deal that way.

Very smoothly. My home warranty plumber told me to call my home insurance right away when the problem was discovered. I was a naive, new home owner and this was bad advice. I worked with AAA before and trusted them. The AAA guy in charge told me that it was not a big enough job to put another claim on my insurance, which was correct. We worked out a deal that saved me another claim on my insurance, and for that I was grateful. I feel like they have their customers' best interests (and pocketbooks) in mind. I have referred them to several of my friends.

Would not hire due to RIPOFF PRICES

We called them to get a quote for their service. It took a whole week for them to come and take a look. The guy that came was super unprofessional. He only stayed 5 minutes and asked me where all the mold was. He didn't hardly even look at it. He just walked in and out of the bathrooms quickly and acted irritated. If he hadn't been wearing their shirt I wouldn't have thought he was a mold guy. He came early in the day on a Friday and I did not get the bid until the following Monday late afternoon after requesting it a few times. The bid that came back was significantly higher than one of their competitors so we ended up going with the other guys who completely explained the process and spent time looking at the issues and were very friendly.

Until he came I wasn't aware that the color of the upstairs and downstairs carpets were slightly different. He was able to patch the first hole with a remnant that I had. He patched the second hole with carpet that he was able to cut from an unobvious place in a closet so that the carpet matched perfectly. He then replaced the carpet in the closet with the remnant piece. I could not see the difference in the closet. Genius!

It cost quite a lot but they did a good job. I did get a bid from another company that was about the same. If I need them I guess I would use them again.

They had to dig up 3 times because of errors they made and it was still leaking. They then tried to charge me for hours that they spent fixing their mistake. Unfortunately the leak was never fixed properly even after three attempts. I was so frustrated with AAA restoration that I didn't even want to deal with them. I had a new company come out and fix the problem in one day.

It went very well. The man who cleaned my carpet was punctual, nice, and professional. He did a thorough job cleaning the room and even offered tips of what to use/not use to clean my carpet in the future if my dog throws up again.

Zach responded to our call very quickly. He gave us an estimate that was lower than two other bids that we had received. He told us the carpet might need to be replaced but they would try to clean it. The work was scheduled quickly and they arrived exactly as promised. They identified the source of the leaking water and cleaned up[ all mold. The carpet was spot cleaned and we were told it would be OK. We were able to fix the leak and rebuild the walls and sheet rock ourselves. Mold is something we don't want to have problems with EVER AGAIN, but AAA was very helpful and did a great job.

AAA responded quickly, immediately assessed the situation, were clear about the problems they found and how they could address them, and then proceeded to do exactly as they said in a very professional manner. This is one of those services you hope to never need again, but I would recommend AAA to anyone in need of their help, and if we should ever need similar services again, there is only one team we would call.

AAA was amazing. We had tenant call us about mold in a bedroom due to cracked pipe of washing machine. It was on Wednesday before her son was to return home from being gone for 2 years , on Thursday. It was also the days leading up to long weekend of Labor Day. We told AAA of our predicament and they were excellent! They responded immediately and got the entire job completed in a few days! We highly recommend AAA and would use them again.

AAA restoration was awesome. They were very prompt, and called 45 minutes before they were going to arrive to give me a more precise time. They were very efficient and friendly. My carpet looks awesome. I would absolutely use AAA restoration again in the future.

AAA is truly the "NORDSTROM" of home restoration. One of the most professional home vendors that I've ever had the pleasure to work with. They were truly a one stop contractor for all of the work performed after the water, carpet and wet walls were removed. They did really well. I would use them again. They have come out like four or five times. They are practically family. We have been working with them for about a year and a half to two years. They have been really professional and quick. They had patched our living room before and that was the second or third time that they had to repair the drywall. They had it dried it out with fans. Then they did the drywall again and repainted it. It looks like it never happened. The year before they helped with a flood from our kitchen sink. They did the drywall three times as there were different leaks. We know them really well. They are professional and quick to respond. We had to call them with this recent flood like at 11 o’clock at night. They came out within 10 minutes. Their office is just really two miles away. It was nice. They covered our carpets with plastic sheets so that they didn’t track dirt. They also covered our wood floors with paper. Their very conscientious and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

The worked turned out very well. I was very satisfied with their work. They came in quickly. They were all very nice and very helpful. They moved the furniture out of the room into a storage unit out on the driveway. Their price was good.

It was good. No dislikes with the experience.

We had all of our expectations exceeded by the technician (Matt) that came out to our home. He was fast, efficient, and a great person in addition.

The owner of the company is very involved. They're the first ones I would call. They're great, they deal with every insurance company, they have a supervisor who handles your entire problem from mitigation to hiring people, and they're just very good and thorough. One of the things why we call them back is because we have mold sensitivity and they take extra time to use products that would inhibit any possibility of molds growing while we were in the drying out process. They're very conscientious.

Zach came out and checked for mold that had been noted in a home inspection. He gave his professional advice on our options. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism.

Things went great actually and they were really good. There was no charge because they just came out and looked at it. They were just timely and very friendly. They moved quickly throughout and just very professional. I chose them to have a look at the mold testing because of their ratings.

It went very well. I added a little more for sealing the grout and $169 was the total cost. He was on time, he told me what he was going to do and it came out really very nicely.

We were so impressed with AAA. From the first conversation, they were honest, professional, empathetic, and attentive. To give an example, instead of telling us that the carpet and walls were ruined upon their initial inspection, they said the carpet and walls could be ruined, but felt it was worth a shot to try to dry everything out first and potentially salvage the room. This would obviously result in less business for them, but they tried, knowing it was better for us. The water damage ended up being too bad to salvage, but we were in great hands with AAA. Several different contractors came into our house for the various aspects of work that needed to be done, but every single person was trustworthy and hard working. We felt we were in good hands, and they were dedicated to doing high quality work. Though our basement flood was really frustrating and the restoration process was daunting, it was so comforting to know we had Nick and his team to walk us through the process and take care of our home.
