Description of Work: Very unresponsive. | |A representative came to estimate the work and promised to provide a bid the following day. A week and a half later (after repeated calls) I contacted the office. It took another week to finally get a bid that was incomplete. It took a couple of weeks and additional calls to finally get a complete bid, which included and extra $250 for 5 min job. I didn't use their services. |No I would not recommend AAA Restorations |

Description of Work: AAA was responsive to my request for an estimate for a basement bedroom remodel. The gentleman was on time to do the estimate. He understood we were planning on renting the single family home and said he could accommodate us and schedule service in a short time. I received an e-mailed bid within 2 days, which was very detailed and complete. We did not hire them because their bid was higher than the remodeler we went with. I had a positive experience with this company.

Description of Work: I contacted AAA at the request of my landlord to get a price to have some mold removed from our basement shower. Nick came to the house to evaluate and take measurements. He gave the pricing to the home owner and she gave him the go ahead. The two gentlemen who came to do the work were extremely nice and polite. My daughter was the only one home when they got there and they took the time to introduce themselves and she showed them where they would be working. When I got home I went to make sure they didn't need anything else from me and they were very nice. They let me know when they were leaving for lunch and when they got back. They completed the work and as far as I can tell did a really good job. They left the space clean and hauled away all of their garbage.

Description of Work: We were getting ready to move. Mold was found along carpet tacks from a leak 20 years earlier. Leak had been repaired ...but there was just black on the carpet tracks. They replaced those tacks. Replaced a a portion of sheet rock and replaced and reprinted it. Removed and replaced a portion of the carpet pad. They replaced everything ...it looked great. It passed the mold inspection. if it had not passed...they would have redo it at no more charge. They were responsive....pleasant....on time...and very professional.
