It was not a great experience. The first time they came, it was a mother and teenage daughter duo. The mother worked very hard but the daughter did not seem to have much of a work ethic. The ladies ran out of time. They finished the upstairs but did not nearly complete the downstairs, and my wife and I had to spend an hour cleaning the downstairs. The second time, two different cleaners came at our insistence. They were pleasant and professional and completed most of the work, but the quality was not supergood and the quoted price, we felt, was too high for what was accomplished. We notified the company that we did not want them to continue. We had previously had a cleaner who did an excellent job in the total time that we allowed for the ladies from this company. Unfortunately, that lady changed employment. So we know that it is not an unreasonable expectation that the job be done well in the allotted time. Please note that we were quoted $135 for each visit of two but were charged only $110 for each visit, perhaps because we were not happy with the service.

This was my first experience and didn't know what to expect. The gals were prompt and worked hard and I was very happy with the experience. I definitely would hire again.

Two Gals came for one hour. They were very professional, warm and friendly. The cleaning service provided was unmatched by competition in our area (three of which I have used in the past two years). When scheduling the appointment the office was very friendly and flexiable to accomodate our very modest needs. Overall is experience was excellnt and I would reccommend them to anyone. I will use them for my future cleaning needs as well.

We use them for bi-weekly housecleaning service. The work done is good enough on basic visual inspection, but they haven't completed any over the top cleaning (like baseboards, walls, front of cabinets, etc.). We aren't happy about the up in pricing, but the lady that does our cleaning is awesome. We can leave our dog at home with her and she LOVES him. This company is so-so. I like the day before calls to remind me and every so often they call the day after service to ask us how it went.

They are great & are by the hour so I can have them as long or little as I want. They call me all of the time after to make sure I am happy with the job. It is the same girls each time which I like because it is very consistent. They work very quickly. They can clean my house in about 2 hours where as it would take me about 8 hours to do it. There price is a little high but it's what seems to be the norm anymore. I will definitely continue to use them every two weeks.

I believe that this company was not very thorough. They would never move anything. Not even small things like a dining room chair. They would just vacuum around it. They never moved a thing. Parts of the bathroom counters were not cleaned either. Also, they were supposed to give you so much time, like 2 hours and 45 minutes. They never stayed that long, they always left early.

I was given an estimate of $120.00, when they completed the job they charged $175.00. I questioned the owner and she reduced the price to $75.00 and I was scheduled for another appointment two weeks later as she stated it was important to keep my business and the $75.00 was the rate I had paid other companies previously. On the morning of the appointment I called and was then told she was not going to do my house. The professionalism was totally unacceptable.
