I am getting my house ready to sell so I called for a quote for a full housecleaning. I was given a quote for 2 people for 5 hours. They just called to confirm the appointment and said it was 3 people for 8 hours. I said no, that was not the quote I was given and they said yes it was. They then said I was given a quote for 10 hours. I was not. They again tried to say they gave me the higher quote and I said please don't try and pull this **** with me and the person said I had a comprehension problem. I canceled the service. I don't know why this would happen.

They come out once a month and so far they have been good on the cleaning but they aren't very punctual.

Unpredictable. Sometimes good. Sometimes awful. Depends on which crew you get. And if you get a good crew, and request them the next time, they'll send out whoever they please, ignoring your request, even if the crew you want hasn't left the company for greener pastures. Last crew did an awful job and were unpleasant in the process. Management was unresponsive to my concerns.

They are very pleasant to deal with, and they fixed everything that i thought they skipped the first time. When you hire a provider, you don't expect them to meet every expectation. They did a wonderful job and that's why i hired them again. Very cheerful and cooperative people.

It went well, they were very friendly and professional.

Overall they did a good job. Arrived on time and I was pleased with the work.

They did a great job with the cleaning. We didn't continue using them due to their pricing outside of their Big Deal pricing, which we liked.

They did a fantastic job! They were fast and did a very thorough job. The attention to all of the details in the kitchen, baths, and all of the other rooms was amazing. I was very impressed and would hire them again.

We have a 4500 Sq Ft home that needed to be cleaned between renters. We live out of state and were not personally able to be onsite at the time of cleaning. We trusted that the cleaning would be done. Our new renters did a walk through after the home was cleaned. They backed out of the rental agreement stating that the home did not look like anyone had done any cleaning. They went as far as to call me a liar and said there is no way I hired anyone to clean the home. It was my fault for not being there to supervise but I still would have expected the work to be performed as per our agreement.

They were very good. They come out in pairs which is great. They were always pretty much on time. They did a fabulous job, you know, housecleaning in general is pricey but they were very good, very thorough, and very professional. They ask lots of questions to make sure that what I hired them to do is what they're actually doing, and they were good about calling me out to remind me that I had an appointment coming up. I don't have any complaints at all.

They did a great job, they came twice. I will definitely have them again in the future.

Upon moving in there was quite a bit of dust/dirt on the baseboards, in the closets and in cupboards. There was also a film on the hardwood floors. I called to see what they could do and was told they had to speak with the person who cleaned our house first...as if I was making this up. I was called back and offered for this woman to come back and fix what was wrong which I have already fixed myself. I asked for money back and they gave me $15 back. Really? I won't be using them again. Disappointing.

We have been using 2 Local Gals to clean our Business Office for about four months now. They come every other week for about 2 hrs and they do a great job. We are a construction business and therefore have very dirty offices and bathrooms. They always call to remind us the day before and they are usually on time. If they are running late, even 5 mins, they will always call to let us know. If we ever have a problem with the service they always resolve any issues that we have and make every effort to make it right even if that means coming back and re cleaning for no extra charge. We have a regular cleaning girl, Alicia, she does a FANTASTIC job, and is very polite and professional while she is here.

I was put off by their policy of charging my credit card ahead of time for the maximum possible price, then reimburse if the full amount wasn't needed. He said it may not be necessary in the future once we were established as clients, but I didn't like it. I prefer to pay when services are performed. He would not budge on this but since we were on a tight schedule, we used them. I gave a 'B' on professionalism solely because of this policy, and not because of the work that was done. The work was great. The women doing the cleaning arrived promptly and worked hard. They cleaned the kitchen and appliances, bathrooms, spot-cleaned baseboards. They did a good job and the place looked great when they left. They did an extra good job on a really dirty trash compactor. We were very satisfied with the cleaning. We will use them again. It cost $200 for 2 people cleaning for 6 hours.

They were great. Made the house look nice and smell good.

They did an fair job. The ladies were not punctual, but our home is a bit hard to find. The job took 7 hours and we were quoted, and billed, 8 hours. Wood floors needed more attention and would have loved for them to use the extra hour to spend more time on the floors. No follow up call after the service was performed and so, points lost for professionalism. Will try another service as wanting a good reliable weekly service.

The BEST housekeeping service we have ever had! The ladies promptly met the appoinment time and surveyed the areas I requested to be cleaned. I was given honest feedback as to what could be accomplished in the time frame scheduled and purchased, which I greatly appreciated. The ladies were extremely professional and worked on the house for the full time frame given without stepping away for breaks; scrubbing the kitchen and bathroom on the knees for a deep crevic cleaning, sweeping and polishing hardwood floors, dusting, washing down cabinets, etc.. They seriously breathed new life into the place. We were so happy with the cleaning that we scheduled a follow-up for July 25th. We have now arranged for bi-weekly visits; that is how impressed we have been, and we have tried out several house cleaning companies. Our search ends here! When the2 ladies arrived (I have used this service one other time) I asked them if I could go do some things and not be home and they said yes. I knew it was safe to trust them and now they are on Angie's list. I arrived home as they were gathering up to leave. WOW!! The second I walked in the door I told them it smelled like heaven (not that I have been there)but it smelled so fresh and clean, no chemical or harsh smell at all. What a job they did. Vacuumed, swept, mopped dusted cleaned mirrors, cleaned inside windows countertops, shows, bathtubs,--and get this--they even oiled my oak kitchen cabinets and bannisters and other wooden furniture. One of my main things is I have 2 cats and it is hard to keep up with the hair....I see none right now. Now they worked hard as I have 3 1/2 levels to clean includes 4 bathrooms--which by the way are sparkling clean now. I was pleasantly surprised as they were leaving I was told next time to cut the time I needed them by 1/2 hour-is that honest or what? Seriously I am basking in a shiny, clean smelling house. I love it. I am not going to cook dinner because the kitchen is to clean to use! For the price I received way more than I paid for.

Both of these ladies were prompt and immediately started working. One took the front of the house and the other the back. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for helping me ladies.

Everything was cleaned really well and my landlord was impressed (she was very picky too). I was able to get my full deposit back.

They were awesome. They had great communication and came exactly when they said they would. They did a better job than several other cleaners I've had clean my own house. They were very thorough and fast.

In general it was an alright job, however, since the cleaners were different every time, the job they did was different. Skipping surfaces in the dusting, missing some areas of vacuuming, some mirrors uncleaned, areas in the kitchen not cleaned well. Usually a rush, rush job.

I used to have a regular house cleaner, but he decided to go back to college and no longer cleans for people. I tried to find new cleaners I felt I could trust and from whom I would receive excellent service, but had not been able to find anyone I thought I could rely on. I liked what I read about 2 Local Gals, and I was very pleased with their professionalism when I called to ask for details about their services. I am a rather demanding customer with high expectations, so I am not easy to please. They came when they said they would come. They brought their own cleaning supplies. I gave them a list of specific items I wanted to be sure were included, such as thorough cleaning of all window blinds, baseboards and some unique stains on the tile and wall where I had spilled boiling brown sugar and butter sauce from candied yams. The ladies who came were completely professional and very competent. They were responsive to suggestions I gave them while they were working. They also asked me to review their work before they left to see if there was anything else I wanted them to do. I asked for a couple of additional things to be done, which they did promptly did. They were a delight to work with. Their work was very good and interacting with them was a pleasure. I received a call from their office after the cleaning to ask for feedback on their services. I was so pleased that I made an appointment for a regular monthly cleaning. I might have liked their rates to be lower, but you get what you pay for. Overall their rates were fair for the quality and quantity of work that was done.

Upon obtaining possession of townhouse after the tenant vacated, it was found to need serious cleaning. Since I was in town for only a short while, I needed quick response and a cleaning service I could depend on to get the job done. The top pick from Angie?s List was ?2 Local Gals Housekeeping? in Murray Utah. When I called Ron he said they were pretty booked up, but he would try to work my job in. Between him and Jessica they arranged to come only two days later. Over the phone and without seeing it, Ron made a guess at what the job would require. He and Jessica were able to squeeze in 2 ½ hours for 4 women that morning, which turned out to not be long enough. To their credit, two of the women took the initiative to return later in the day and complete the job. I was extremely pleased with ?2 Local Gals Housekeeping? and would recommend them to anyone,

They were wonderful. Came right on time, and did exactly what I asked them to do, plus found some things that I'd missed and did that work as well. I will likely call them back if I need them as I go through the whole process of selling my place.
