It was great! They came to do the weekly cleaning. It didn't take as long as they planned, and I was credited back for they time they didn't need.

They cleaned my home for about a year every other week. They did a fine job. Once in a while things were not up to my expectations but they quickly resolved any issues that came up

They did a good job cleaning the house. I was particularly impressed with how clean the bathroom porcelain and kitchens were. They used my vacuum, so it always needed just a little improvement, but overall well worth it considering the time we would normally spend cleaning ourselves and how affordable they were.

My vacuum stopped working in the middle of the job and they had someone bring over another one is less than 30 mins. I would use them again.

Some of their women do better work than others - and some days the women just do better work than others. I must say that if ever things are not done satisfactorily, a simple call will take care of any problems.

No issues...I receive a call every other Friday with a time, I come home from work, and the place is clean! Simple.

The apartment was cleaned to my satisfaction. I also received a nice holiday card from them.

We have not used the service since 2008 when we retired and took over house cleaning ourselves.

Our home was robbed after they cleaned our house and one of the people caught was employed by 2 Local Gals. During the house cleaning she stole our keys. They claim to be bonded but the bond was a small city bond just to do business. The owner claimed to not be responsible for what their employees do on their own time and became unresponsive upon further inquiries. If they say that they are bonded, you should call and make sure.

It was great and they were fantastic. The scheduling was great and I called them the day before and they came out the next day. They sent out a crew of 3 to do the cleaning. They were there for about 4 hours cleaning the house. The crew was very good.

I have had better and I have had worse... They did ok. attention to detail was not as good as I have had with other services.

They did a really nice job. I would recommend them to others. The scheduling was fine and I had no problems. They sent a couple of people out to do the cleaning.

Everything is great with them. I use them quite often. They always send out a crew of 2 and they charge $25 per hour, per person. The cleaners are really nice, professional and helpful. They go above and beyond what most cleaning people do.

They were very good in keeping in contact. They responded to all my emails and answered all my questions. I would recommend them to others.

The price was reasonable. They were very responsive. We are going to hire them, and we are just waiting for the painting to be done in the house.

The management was very friendly and flexible in scheduling a biweekly cleaning with us. They responded promptly to e-mails. We've used them several times in the past for deep cleaning and their people have been on-time and efficient, focusing on the things we wanted them to do. We've dealt with 4 different cleaning services over the past 10 years and 2 Local Gals is the best we've seen.

Awesome Experience!! They fit me in on short notice. They were on time, professional and did an amazing job!!

They sent someone the first time who did not do a very good job. When we called to bring it to their attention, they immediately sent another crew out. The other crew fixed the issue and did a wonderful job. As soon as they were made aware of the problem, they were prompt to correct it.

They have been our weekly house cleaners for whats going on 3 years. They do a great job!
