These guys are absolutely professional and extremely thorough. They arrived on time and ready to go to work. After a brief walk around to show outside problem areas they came into the house to understand the problems we were having inside. Then they went to work---two outside and the owner, Steve, inside. Steve spent most of the time in the kitchen area, which is of course where the most problems were. Since they completed the job we haven't seen a single ant, not outside or inside. I can unequivocally recommend them for pest control services.

Everything went well and the service was performed very quickly.

They arrived on time, reviewed the ants we had collected for them, made a determination as to the type of ant and therefore the appropriate type of chemical to use, mixed the chemical, and then sprayed the house thoroughly to prevent further intrusion. It was a pleasant experience and they seemed to know their field well. We have used them in the past and had similar experiences.

He came in on time and very quickly did his job. It has been over a year and I haven't seen a bug of any kind since then.

Called the company late evening on a Friday. Steve took my call and answered all my questions regarding a minor emergency we had at my son's house. He gave me a quote and said he could be there first thing the next morning (on a Saturday). Service was performed as described, cost was as quoted, and Steve was great to work with. We would definitely use him again and also would refer him to anyone who would be in need of his service.

They were very professional, paid attention to detail, and did a thorough job. We were impressed with how they explained everything they were about to do. They also discussed with us our concerns about what materials they would use and what would be safe to use with children in the house. Before their service visit our indoor mouse problem was growing quickly. Two days after their visit we did not hear or see any signs of mice again for three months. We did hear a mouse in the kitchen cabinets three months after their service, but only for two days and then not again. Our assumption is that the tracking powder is still effective.

It went very well. This year they had 3 people spraying, so it was done very quickly. Their bug spray really works.

found Awesome Pest AMAZING. I had a very limited budget and could not afford for all of my trees to be treated. So I selected the trees in the most need. Awesome - Steve the owner came over and left me a note stating that he had sprayed the other tress, because he was concerned that the insects would spread. It has been a long time sense I have ran across someone with great integrity, Customer Service, and work ethic. Awesome Pest has earned a life time client. I would recommend them to anyone, they are truly AWESOME!!!!!!

I called Awesome Pest Control and left a message, and was called back within a few minutes by a very nice man named (I think) Steve. He said they would be here between 9:30 and 11:00 a few days later and they actually showed up at 9:25! He then explained the formulas they use, how they're applied and everything they would be doing. The formula they use indoors is derived from a flower seed that I can't remember, and is harmless to humans but deadly to bugs. This was great because we have a baby here, but I was worried it wouldn't be effective. I was wrong. We were overrun with ants and spiders. They were even getting into the baby's bed! I haven't seen a single bug since then! The only drawback is that the windows get sprayed when they do the outside and I had some patio furniture that caught the spray, but it dried and I can't tell it was there. He told me this would happen, and the windows clean easily. Steve was very cordial and pleasant. He said the treatment would last months or even a year, and I will definitely call Awesome back then if the bugs return!

For monthly service, they start spraying on the outside and work their way in, getting every nook and cranny making sure to get rid of any webs they find in the garage or elsewhere and letting you know if they see anything that needs to be looked after as well as giving you tips on how to keep anything from coming back, great job.

Since it takes time to see how well the services of pest control work, this is just a description of my experience with having them come and spray my home for bugs. They were very friendly and nice to work with over the phone. I needed to reschedule for another day and they were quite accomodating. They gave me a call before they came and showed up on time. They were quite thorough in their spraying. They told me ahead of time that they would be spraying the windows but that I could wash them later. The windows are dirty now, but I am willing to clean them if it keeps the bugs out. They have a 100 day quarantee. If I have any problems within that time frame they will come back and treat the house again for free. I was told that usually they only need to spray once a year. So, if that is correct, the price fits the bill. I have paid less for other companies but they need to come about 2 to 3 times a year. Time will tell if one spraying a year is enough. I will have to let you know next year how the service panned out. de

It went great! I had to leave, so I left them with a check and access to my house. They left me an invoice and called after they left to explain what happened and how they took care of it.

We had mice in between floors and in our storage room. Looked for an exterminator on Angie's list and found Awesome Pest Control. Called and they came within 45 minutes. They treated the house and the problem has been diminishing as the applications are working.

I called Awesome Pest Control on Friday, November 30th and they arranged an appointment for me for the following Monday. They arrived promptly on time at 8:30 in the morning and got right to work. Unlike other pest control companies we've tried in the past, Awesome Pest Control inspected around my house and garage, found the opening where the mice were getting in, and sealed it shut. They also arranged mouse bait in the garage near the area in the garage where the mice were getting in to keep them out of the garage as well. Next, they inspected inside the house and placed traps in areas the mice had been and spread a powder underneath the cabinetry to eliminate any mice that might be hiding there. They checked the dryer vent and sealed a couple of areas inside the house where they thought mice might be able to get into. Finally, they sprayed the house inside and out for centipedes. Overall, they spent about 3 to 4 hours working on my house and kept me updated throughout the process as to what they were doing and why. I was pleased with the amount of effort they put into the project. I will hire Awesome Pest Control again should the need arise, and would highly recommend them to others. Awesome Pest Control is what pest control companies should be.

So far I believe the service has bee acceptable. They seem to be very thorough. We have them service our home last year and didn't seem to have the pesty little creatures. I like that they promote only doing the service every 9 months to a year and

Awesome Pest Control were great to work with. The phone was answered promptly, an appointment was easily scheduled, and the crew arrived exactly on time. They completed the work quickly and thoroughly, explained everything they'd done, and the bill was exactly what I was quoted. So far, not a single pest! Great experience and we'll definitely continue using them.

I called the company for spider extermination. They were courteous and professional over the phone. They were unable to come for two weeks- they are, for good reason, very popular. They actually arrived over an hour early, (which was no problem for me) but did so without warning. They were very quick and thorough. Since their service I have not seen one live spider! I would certainly recommend them to friends and family.

The company was great start to finish. Easy to schedule and arrived on-time. They worked hard, and went above and beyond. I would recommend them again.

I had found some bugs in my home that I thought were bed bugs -- a concern since we have spent some time in hotels, which apparently are fighting a nationwide resurgence of bed bugs. I spoke with a couple of other companies, who insisted I needed a bedbug treatment that would not only be pricey but require lots of work on our part (packing up books, clothing, bedding, etc.). And these other companies did not want to come over and look at the bugs to verify their species. When I spoke to the Awesome rep, he gave me some information and stopped by that day between nearby jobs to look at some bugs that I had captured. Turned out they are not bed bugs but carpenter beetles instead. This will be much easier, and less expensive to treat than bed bugs. I initially tried to address this myself, cleaning as directed, and was able to get rid of most of them. I do plan to hire Awesome to treat for the carpenter bugs and ants next summer. After my experience with the estimate and consultation, I feel pretty confident that they will only recommend the work that actually is needed. And the rep I spoke with was quite courteous and seemed very intelligent and knowledgeable.

The were on time and very professional. We've noticed little "piles" of dead bugs where they are trying to get into the house. So the treatment is definitely working. We did find a spot where a few ants were still getting in. We called them back and they were over in 10 minutes! I admit that's probably not typical, but it certainly is awesome!

It went wonderful! We called Terminex first and they wanted to do 3 sessions each years and put us on a payment plan of $52.00 a month/for one year. Awesome Pest Control charged us a flat $150.00 less 5% for being an Anglie's member.

APC was courteous and professional. They absolutely performed the service described in their bid. They answered when I called.They also Text! Which was a huge benefit. They ended up hitting fantastic traffic and were a bit early for the appointment, but they called first to confirm they could arrive then.I haven't seen a live bug or spider inside my house since they left, 6 weeks ago. I will aboslutely be calling Awesome Pest Control for my annual extermination treatments!

Poor customer service skills on the phone. I called to schedule a Termite Inspection for a refinance. I was told that they could not perform the service until 11 days after the call. The price quoted was higher than average and whoever I spoke with seemed not to care about whether that time frame worked for me or not.

The crew showed up right t the start of the two hour window they had estimated, and got going straight away. It didn't take more than an hour or two, and went smoothly. So far, so good - I haven't seen any sign of the critters coming back, and it should last for at least a year. I would definitely use them again.
