I have used Awesome Pest Control for years. I refer all of my friends and family to them. It is hard to find a Service that is honest, loyal and care about you the way that Harrison and the other team members do. They are truly the best!!!!!

He arrived a bit early and knocked out the situation fast and efficiently. He also taught me how to take care of the situation on my own. Which will save me in the future.

They sprayed inside and out, which I really appreciated. We called a lot of companies, but they were only the company that sprayed from the bottom of the house all the way up to the top. They took time answering questions, explained what they were doing, and gave us advice. They were very honest, knowledgeable, thorough, and did a very good job!

The technician showed up right on time, listened attentively to my requests, and then explained everything he was going to do. He did a very thorough inspection of my attic (no critters--hooray!) and a fantastic job treating my yard (15 wasps nests--eek!), tool sheds, and the perimeter of my home. When he finished, he went over everything with me in detail and gave me some helpful tips before presenting me with my invoice and accepting payment. I would definitely use Awesome Pest Control again and have already recommended them to others.

Fantastic. They came out - on time - and went straight to work. They advised me of what they were going to do and what expectations I should have. They didn't over promise! But I will say that I have been finding spiders, bugs and other dead "little creatures" around the property for days. I have complete confidence that all the bugs that were getting into the house will now die outside before intruding in the home. I had put this off for too long but they totally got it under control in one visit. Great work....will call them back next year!

The service provided by Awesome Pest Control was "Awesome". I called them to get rid of some voles in the back yard. When I called to make an appointment, they were very helpful, explained what the treatment would be, and gave me an approximate cost over the phone. The technician arrived on time, explained the situation and how he would be treating it. The cost was exactly what they had estimated over the phone. The technician was friendly, professional, and thorough. I will definitely have them back if a need arises in the future.

Very thorough, very professional staff; diagnosed what was coming in the house. Sprayed and distributed powder where needed. Wore shoe covers, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend this company.

They were very professional and thorough. It was far less expensive than other companies I had looked into, and I love that it was a one-time service without any contract. It has been over a month since they came, and we have not seen a single bug (including ant, which several other providers told me would take several treatments to get rid of) in our house. Not only that, but if a fly comes into the house, it ends up dying when it lands on where they sprayed. Another unforeseen benefit is that some of my annuals in my flower beds are thriving, which have struggled in the past and I thought may not survive this season. I have been so pleased with this company and will definitely use them again! Just FYI, I was new to bug treatments and didn't realize they would spray all my exterior windows and leave them streaked and dirty. If you plan to wash your windows, wash them AFTER you get your house serviced by Awesome Pest Control!

Great service. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Originally came and sprayed on May 20th for spiders. Have not seen a Spider in the house since. We did start seeing a lot of centipedes about a month later, but this is likely due to the heavy rains around that time. Since Awesome Pest Control has a 100-day guarantee so they came back and sprayed again on July 6th. No issues or sightings since then!

They were excellent. We're able to use them and they were excellent. We don't have any problems so far. We never had any problem. They're very thorough. They communicated everything that was going on. They were able to find the problem areas in the house and took care of it. It was an excellent service.

Called to schedule an appointment and was fit in within a few days. Main items to address were wasps, spiders, and clover mites. The team arrived on time and we walked the exterior of the home to determine the course of action. They sprayed the exterior, windows, eves and anywhere else bugs would want to live esp. wasps this time of year. They also treated our out buildings as well as fence lines and flower beds and out at least 10' from the home. With such a warm winter it was good to get the treatment done sooner than later as the wasps are already starting to get bad. Awesome Pest Control explained what they would do before hand and again after they were done. We covered all of the application areas and we're totally satisfied with their work and professionalism. Will definitely call again.

They did a good job. We have a pond and so they took care to ensure that they didn't do any spray into the pond. We have an aquarium so they just took their time and listened and were careful in what they applied.

We called 5 pest control companies for a mouse problem in a Sandy home we recently moved into. Of those, 4 were able to deal with mice and 2 would do something about mouse access into the home. We went with Awesome Pest Control. Their fee was a little higher than others we called, but Steve was the most accessible (over the phone and scheduling), had the most comprehensive plan, and wasn't trying to sell us some subscription we didn't need. Although I was 100% sure that Steve's techniques would work to completely solve the mouse problem, I was queasy about some of Steve's suggestions (I'm not quite at the PETA level, but close). Steve worked with me to do what I was comfortable with, and he and his team spent about 2 hours at our home. They told us where the mice had been and how they were getting in, they blocked up or identified for future repair all of the access points they found, and Steve talked with me about our options within my extermination preferences. I was definitely satisfied with the work they did and felt it was money well spent.

One treatment was supposed to kill everything and it did not kill everything and I swear it's because the area I live in is a storey house freaking jungle land out here. I never seen so much gross. There are birds out here, I've never heard. I'm 15 minutes away from where I used to live and it is like a jungle so all these bugs, and even my grandson he said "Granny, yucky!" They freaked me out to bad. They did what they said they would do and then he followed up to kill all bugs. It was thorough. I would use this provider again in the future.

Basically the guy that runs it has no customer service skills. He talks AT you on the phone. When I first called in, he said, "We can fit you in next Wednesday morning." And I felt like, "Whoa, can you tell me about what you do? what do I have to do to get ready? How much will it cost?" He softens up a little as you talk to him, but the overall effect is that you feel like you're bothering him. He ended up talking about how they spray 6-10 feet from the base of the home, treat exterior plants, spray everywhere the walls meet and all along the baseboards. It sounded like a quality service. Their website (which paints a nice friendly attitude) promises a 90 day guarantee. Well we set up the appointment for the upcoming Wednesday morning. I wavered between setting it up in the morning at 8am because my kids sleep in, but the other choice was 2pm and my kids would be home from school too. So we decided on the morning. I hung up, satisfied. I cleaned the whole house, pulled everything that touched the walls a few inches back so he could spray easily. Morning comes and the guy seems to be running late. At 8:45 I call in, and the owner tells me that I'm scheduled for 2pm. I said, "no no no, we decided on the morning. I've got little kids coming over this afternoon!" He tells me "No. You're 2pm." After a back and forth explaining that I HAD ASKED if they had something available at another time that day and was told 2pm but stuck with the morning appointment in the end. (I remember because the guy seemed annoyed when I changed it back.) He tells me "No, the person scheduled for the morning was scheduled 2 weeks ago." I don't know how that's possible. Wednesday at 8am was the time HE suggested. In the end, I cancelled. He didn't try to make things right. He was very short with me and made me feel stupid that I ever thought I had it scheduled for a time HE suggested. He didn't try to reschedule with me, he just wanted to tell me that I was wrong. So do I really want to pay this rude guy coming to my house anyway? That's the power of the purse. If he wants people's business, he's going to have to treat them nicer.

I'm not sure what I like best, having no pests or having my home dusted for me. I love that they come in and dust hard to reach places before they spray. Super fast and professional. The pesticide is supposed to last about 6 or 7 months, but I actually went a year and a half with out seeing a bug in my house. They do around the foundation and the garage as well.

The team was truly professional and thorough on this initial preventative treatment of my newly purchased condo. They were patient with my scheduling snafu which delayed my getting the keys. I was impressed at their teamwork, everyone knew their responsibilities from sweeping the corners of the ceiling for spider webs to dusting all the heater vents with boric acid. (I really don't like bugs.) I'll definitely consider them for yearly treatments in the future.

I got very sick and my symptoms indicated to me that it was likely a spider bite - fever, aching, stabbing and burning pain in my leg - that lasted a little less than 24 hours followed by weakness and a bruise in the spot on my leg that hurt. A friend told me this is the time of year the creepy crawlies come inside looking for a warmer place to live and suggested I find someone to come spray. I called that morning and was fortunate that they were able to squeeze me in that afternoon because my job would be small. I live in a condo and didn't need exterior spraying. They arrived right on time. I had just come home from work and was a sweaty mess from rushing to move furniture so they could get to the baseboards. They were polite and professional and were there about 20-30 minutes. They answered my million questions about the spray and spiders and bites and everything else I was wondering about. It was a good experience and I won't hesitate to call them again. I have no idea what bit me, but it's not welcome back to my house. I'm sure I will call Awesome Pest Control for spraying as the seasons dictate.

It took ten days to get an appointment, but once the appointment was made they arrived on time. There was a 3-man crew, and all of them were helpful and informed. They listened carefully to my concerns about insecticides and where they would be spraying, and did exactly as I asked. They sprayed inside and outside in the house and garage, identified and removed wasp nests, and did a sweep of all spider webs inside and out. They were meticulous about getting window sills and doors. As they worked, they answered my questions and informed me about potential problems with other pests in my area. They were great.
