I had a small mouse problem in one area of my home. Steve came with David and Harrison. An estimate was given to me over the phone and they came within the estimated time frame I was given. They were very professional and Steve told me he has been in the pest control business for 34 years. They took care of my concerns quickly. They explained what they did and why they were using the products they did. I would certainly recommend Awesome Pest Control for any issues you may have with pests.

They were on time, professional, and resolved our issues as they have in years past.

Discussed price before starting. Charge was as discussed. Seemed very reasonable. Used effective equipment: large sprayer for outside and electric backpack sprayers inside. Equipment contributed to efficient completion. Thoroughly removed cobwebs/spider nests and sprayed baseboards. Discussed process and what to expect. Over next few days saw many dead and dying ants. Later saw a few other dying insects.

The bugs went away and have not returned. Nobody but the bugs got sick, so I was pleased with the job done.

I could not have gone better, Steve and helpers were pleasant, hard working, and did a very detailed job. We have a large house on a very steep lot that does not have the best access but that didn't even slow them down. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Two guys came out and took over an hour thoroughly going over every room in the house. They sprayed and put out bait for the carpenter ants we had so many problems with for the last couple years. A few days later there was no trace of any ants in the house anymore and we have not had a problem since. I felt this was a very good value and would use them again in a heartbeat.

When I moved in to my home 3 years ago, I inherited an incredible mouse infestation. I was catching about 5 mice in traps a day. Just awful. They went through my entire house, every nook and cranny, and 3 years later I have not seen a single mouse! So, when I started to see a lot of spiders in my house, I didn't even have to think about who to call - Awesome Pest Control, of course! Once again, they did not disappoint. They sprayed inside and outside, once again in a very thorough manner. Plus, they were super-concerned about my dogs. They use pet and human-safe products, but they still made sure to move all of the dog toys far outside of the range of the spray and not only did they move the dogs' water bowl far outside of the range of the spray, they covered it very nicely to make double-sure it did not get contaminated. They were so nice and it only took about half an hour or so to get the whole job done. If you are looking for someone to help you get rid of some pesky pests, don't hesitate to give these guys a call! You won't be disappointed!!!

They were really honest and truthful. We had some little pests that make tunnels in our yard and he said he could get rid of them, but he couldn't guarantee that we wouldn't get them again.

I called Awesome Pest Control when I found carpenter ants in my home. They came out within a few days of my call and thoroughly treated every nook and cranny inside and outside my home for carpenter ants and all types of pests. When they arrived, they put on protective footwear, examined my problem areas, explained to me what they would be doing and gave me a cost before they started. They dusted for cobwebs and sprayed all baseboards, windows and doors. They treated my crawlspace and sprayed the entire exterior of my home from the eaves down. They also sprayed a perimeter and treated an old tree stump. They were very thorough and professional, and explained exactly what they were doing and what chemicals they were using. I was pleased that they used products that were safe for pets. It's been several weeks now, and I haven't seen any bugs at all. I'll be calling them again next spring when things warm up and the bugs start to come in.

They were very responsive. They used nontoxic chemicals made from plant extract, so it was not harmful to pets and or children. However, it did leave a film on the windows, so I had to clean those. They were able to apply the treatment within a half hour. I was pretty satisfied with the cost of it.

They went through every thing inside and out sealing all the holes a mouse can get through. They also used sticky traps, bait stations and track powder in the wall. I have used them many time before and recommend them to everyone. We had a huge mouse problem quickly get out on control in our old house that they took care of. So when we heard a mouse in our new house we did not mess around we called them right away. They came out that same day and were on time as always. We are friends with the person who bought our old house and to this day it is still mice free. There service is wonderful and I am so glad we found them.

They did a great job, were professional and polite. We had seen two black widows in a window well. after they spryed we have not seen any sspiders outside the rest of the fall and no spiders inside this winter. I would definitely recommend them.

When we first moved into our house we started noticing ants and a few spiders right away. We wanted to go with more environmentally friendly/green services to rid the house of pests. We have a cat, so I did not want him to get out or be in their way, so they did one room first and then we put the cat in there. They explained what they were doing and did a walk through of the house and yard with me. I liked that they guarantee their work for the year and do not recommend having them come in multiple times per year unless we start seeing pests again.

I moved into a new house, and found a creature that looked very much like a cockroach. Having never seen one myself, and a friend that was staying with me had seen dozens, she confirmed it was indeed one. I contacted several pest control agencies and asked them price quotes on cockroach control, sending them the photo, and them sending me back quotes. On texting Awesome the photo, he confirmed it was not, in fact, cockroaches, but cicadas. And a few google photo searches later, it was quickly confirmed that Awesome was right, and the others were not, and were about to charge me much more for an extensive erradication process. I haven't had a chance to use Awesome's services yet, but you can bet your dollar I will come pest spray time!

My wife and I had noticed mounds and holes all over the back yard of a home that we had just purchased. I called Awesome Pest Control to discuss what might be creating the mounds and how to treat them. After a brief lesson in yard pests, I came to the conclusion that I had a combination of moles and voles and scheduled a service appointment for the following week. On the scheduled service day the tech showed up on time and was very professional. After a breif explanation of the procedure the tech set off to inspect and treat the yard. Half an hour later the tech checked in and said he had completed the the baiting of the yard. He did say that we might see some new mounds for a week or so but they should start to subside. The yard was treated a little over 45 days ago and we have not seen any new mounds since. I live in an area that is prone to voles so I am sure that I will be dealing with them again next year. I would have no hesitation in calling Awesome Pest Control to help me out again.

They were also very careful and told us exactly what they were going to do before they did it so that we would understand their methods and how things would be done. I had been previously bitten by a brown recluse spider twice at our home, so we were particularly concerned with having spiders removed in our house. We knew that we had a spider problem. Awesome Pest Control was very thorough in getting into all the dark small areas of our old Victorian. Since they were here, we have not had a single ant, spider, or even a box elder bug appear. Which, honestly, is rather amazing. They were truly thorough and guarantee their work. They were also efficient, friendly and gave us an exact estimate for their work.

Starting with our initial call, Awesome Pest was diligent in communicating and offering the earliest openings.The crew was on time, the work was completed as promised with a report of what was found. We were not pressured to follow a service schedule and were advised to call on an as needed basis.

We're used him for two years on two properties. He have yet to see another ant in any area he has treated.

After spending a week trying various "do-it-yourself" treatment methods with poor results, the best thing I did was to call Awesome Pest Control. Professional and thorough. Took the time to explain why a particular spot in my house was creating perfect conditions for carpenter ants and what should be done to eliminate the problem. So far, the only ant I've seen was on the day after the treatment and it was on it's last legs. It is important to keep pets away while the house is being treated, and the guys were patient and accommodating while I kept my pups out of harms way.
