We called James Thursday afternoon and explained the problem. He took down the model number of our water heater and promised to arrive between 8-9 the next morning. He was fifteen minutes early and went to work immediately. After an inspection, he took the old water heater out and replaced it with the new one. He had everything hooked up and returned to normal in under an hour. And he took the old water heater away with him. James is fast, honest and a very good plumber. We will always call on White Knight Plumbing.

We had two gas log fireplaces/stoves that were not working correctly. John?? (I think that is his name!) showed up when he promised, diagnosed the problem, fixed one of them (and even cleaned up), and ordered parts for the other. He called to tell me the parts were on order and when to expect them, he called the day they came in, and came out two days later to fix the remaining stove. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will definitely use him again.

Very helpful and very professional! James even called me the day before our appointment to confirm it. (No one does this in Utah!) He fixed the two toilets that were causing problems. The next day one of the toilets started acting up again and he came right back out and fixed it. (It was a strange problem!) He is very knowledgeable about plumbing and answered all my questions with great patience. I'd definitely recommend White Knight.

I'm not from Utah, and I'm not used to the cold weather here. When we developed a leak from the outside fridge, I thought it was the water line from the house to the ice maker. It turns out that the water valve at the fridge had broken, so water was just leaking from the water line through the fridge and running out of the garage. I had a refrigerator repair man come, and he gave me an estimate of $300 just for the water valve! I decided that I could forgo having an extra ice maker in the garage, so asked him to just stop the water. He couldn't do it, and asked us to get a plumber. On Saturday afternoon, I called several plumber's from Angie's List. James answered, and said he could come in about 20 minutes! I was surprised, but said yes, please come. He came over, quickly assessed the issue in the garage, and capped the line which immediately stopped the leak. In looking for the water valve for that line, we noticed there was water on the floor of our basement utility room. James told me it was our water heater, and that we had a leak. We asked what our options were, and he told me that eventually it could split the tank, and we'd have a flood. Since half of our living space, including 3 in-use bedrooms, is in the basement, we knew we had to get it fixed. I asked James if he could do it that day, or if we needed to wait until Monday. He said he was happy to go ahead and do it, even though it was 4 p.m. on a Saturday, as you could never tell when it might split! That would have been a disaster. James quickly went out an bought a water heater, and came right back and installed it, including some new plumbing and earthquake straps to ensure everything was stable and to code. He cleaned everything up, and wrote up our bill. We were, and are, very pleased, and will definitely call him for all our future plumbing needs! Thanks James, and thank you, Angie's List!

Wife wanted soft hot water in our home. Contacted James of White Knight Plumbing. James responded to residence, talked to us, looked over everything in regards to the water softener placement and gave us an estimate. Very professional and offered options. Accepted his estimate and arranged install time. Job completed in a timely manner. Very informative and cleaned up area when completed. Highly recommended.

James provided fast and efficient service at a fair and reasonable price. We would use his services again in the future without hesitation. He was particularly responsive in what we considered an emergency situation that could have cost us some significant water damage to our home.

Came out and fixed a problem with a some leaky pipes feeding the downstairs bathroom - was on time, professional and reasonably priced. I had an unrelated problem with the same bathroom about a month later - the toilet tank was having issues. Came out again, fixed the issue and didn't even charge me for the visit as he stated he was there last month and wanted to make sure everything was working properly from his last visit. Needless to say, I was quite pleased and surprised as he'd take time out of his day and make sure everything was done right for no charge! I'll continue to call White Knight for my plumbing needs.

James did an amazing job being able to identify the issue within 10 mins and kind fixing it free of charge. He also even went above and beyond to help her out by also fixing the running toilet for free too! Not many people would do that. She is excited to know that she has a honest plumber she can call upon in the future.

After giving an estimate over the phone and scheduling an appointment for a few days later, James arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. After looking at our existing drain, he realized he would need a few extra parts. He ran out to get them and was back in a few minutes with what he needed to complete the job. Within the hour, a new drain and shut off valves were installed and our washing machine works properly. He cleaned up the area and disposed of the old parts when finished. The cost was reasonable and I will not hesitate to hire again for future plumbing needs.

I had my house burn down in August and was in a huge rush to get my house rebuilt before winter hit. James was super responsive and had very competitive prices. He was not low, but he also did not come back for any change orders. My inspector was very happy with his work and he passed each inspection with flying colors. I would use James time after time.

James was able to come out to look at my disposal the day I contacted him. He looked at my garbage disposal and explained to me what the problem was. He explained options to me and did not pressure me to go with the most expensive replacement. He was very effeceint and knowledgeable about his work. He did an excellent job, was well priced for his services and cleaned up perfectly after the job was completed.

White Knight showed up on time and cleaned the pilot light and helped correct an air intake vent. He was very helpful and provided valuable advice to prevent future repairs. In addition, there was no charge for the service.

He was on time, responsive, answered my questions, and the price was reasonable.

Called White Knight Plumbing at mid-day on Friday. Scheduled an appointment for 8:00 Saturday morning. We needed the drain pipes reconfigured for a new Blanco granite sink. The Blanco sinks' drain holes were located more to the rear of the sink than our original basin. The Blanco sink bottom was also lower than the original sink. None of the existing black plastic drain pipes matched up with the new sink configuration. James arrived on time, was prepared with the necessary parts and began work. He recommended a new garbage disposal as the exiting unit was showing signs of rusting through. James called the part order in and while he continued work at my home, I ran to the nearest plumbing store and picked up disposal unit at will-call. The sink and disposal work well.

James, the plumber, tore out all the old pipes and replaced them with 2" pipe between the kitchen and the laundryroom. He was prompt, fast, efficient, up front and extremely kind to my aging mother, my two Labs and my kitten. In addition, he came in under what he originally bid and left everything clean. What more could you ask for?

With the long weekend coming, I needed to fix the leaks badly for the piece of mind. I called James in the morning and he was able to accommodate me later in the day. He came in, fixed it, helped install a new faucet that I bought and even had advice as he was fixing stuff. He was honest about what was needed (the water hammer case in my bathroom was bad startup procedure on my part and not related to an equipment) A+ service. It is tough to find good honest people. James is one of them. I am going with him on future work I plan to get done over time.

James was fabulous. He agreed to come out within a day or two of my call and he was early for the appointment. He went right to work and inspected everything we wanted done. The faucett was an oddball one and he had to leave to get parts for it. He was back quickly and at work again. The faucett was installed incorrectly and defied every attempt to fix it. Finally though, James capped it off, and fixed it so that it no longer slides in and out of the siding. I was more than satisfied with this resolution. He then went to work on the gasline and in quicker than I would have believed possible, he had a new line installed so that I can now go and buy a gas stove. James is an incredibly hard worker. He never stops, just stays on task until the job is done. When the time came to settle the bill, he refused to allow me to pay for the faucett work because it wasn't done to his satisfaction. I will always keep White Knight plumbing on speed dial. It's wonderful to find someone who is not only excellent at his work, but is also fair and honest.

James called me back quick when I left a message then made me a priority. He got the work done quick. He's a hard worker and very knowledgeable.
