James was punctual. never left a mess, explained & guaranteed his work.

There was one person to complete the service. It took about 6 hours to complete. They left it very clean. They fixed the problem with the pump.

It went well. There was an issue and they had to come back another day to resolve it. They were very quick to fix both problems and didn't charge us for the return visit. They were great!

Excellent company. He did exceptional work and everything was done in a professional manner. Went well beyond expectations. I would recommend him to anyone who asks.

White Knight gave us excellent service. We'd been having problems with our boiler going out for months. At first, we'd tried a different company and they'd been out to service the boiler five different times but still the boiler would go out intermittently. They last time they were out, they wanted us to instal a new boiler, even though this one is only 7 years old. James did a very thorough service on the boiler and radiant heating. He fixed sensors and reprogramed the boiler. This was not an easy fix, he still had to come out three different times, but he didn't charge us more. He was very knowledgeable and finally got our problem boiler running like a jem.

He fixed the hot water problem. Soon after his visit, water started leaking from the shower head. So we called him back and he came today to take a look. He replaced some valve and left without asking for pay. He said it was covered under warranty and not to worry about it. We really appreciate White Knight Plumbing.

James from White Knight Plumbing is fantastic. He has always done exactly what he has promised, when he said he would do it, and for the price he quoted (which was less than the quotes I got from the other highly rated companies I found on AL, one of whom tried to hide a bunch of extra charges in the bid and James is the one who pointed them out to me!). He has also come out twice to repair the poor work done by the guy that installed my appliances and didn't even charge me the first time! During a remodel of the 125-year-old house I just purchased downtown I had nothing but bad experiences with almost every person that worked on my house and James was the welcome exception.

I left them a message and they called me back in a matter of minutes to let me know they wouldn't have been able to come out as soon as I needed. Although I didn't hire them, I appreciated that they called me back and were very upfront with me. It speaks volumes to their customer service.

Outstanding - a real professional! I contacted James on a Friday afternoon about a hot water heater leak that was rapidly increasing and he said he would come early Saturday morning. When we spoke, we discussed the problem, the setup, and the likely fixes needed. Based on previous experience with a similar situation long ago with another plumber, I expected he would come and assess the situation, and then have to order the necessary parts so the fixes would likely not be done until early the following week. To my surprise, James had anticipated everything he would need and already had all of the replacement parts with him when he arrived. As a result, he completed the fixes within a few hours and I had hot water before he left. His pricing was fair, he was very courteous and extremely professional. He explained what he was doing, why, options I had, and what I should do to prolong the life of the new water heater. This was my first time using White Knight Plumbing and I will not hesitate to use James again when I need a plumber. I highly recommend him.

Excellent. This is our second water softener install by James. Our first home was smaller and used a smaller tank. This one was bigger and in a much tighter space. James took it in stride. I've recommend him to many a friend. His work is high quality and uses the best techniques. He's always given a good idea of what it would take over the phone and he's d*** good at what he does for the best price! Highly, highly recommended. I go out of my way to recommend him to friends and family.

I have used White Knight for years and James is the best I've ever had. My high marks for him is because he deserves it. I used him for my own home and multiple rental properties. Since I found out about James, I have never used anyone else. He has changed multiple water heaters, unclogged drains, fixed plugged water pump on water feature, found leaking sprinkler pipes I couldn't find and probably other things I cant think of right now. The best of the best is probably that James is punctual. I've never met a contractor before who is punctual, or at least lets you know he is running late. I have no personal or family relationship with James and this unsolicited rating is an honest one.

This was a rental home in which the renters called and a part in the tub fell off. Attempting to repair the part it appeared the part was incorrectly placed. The renter was unsuccessful. That is where I called whit knight from Angie's list. Not only did James call the very next morning he worked with mr renters schedule waiting on my renter to get off from work. With that said the age of the home presented a problem for James to quickly repair the part. But he assessed what he needed to do and repaired the part through a wall. I do believe this was the only way to correctly repair the tub due to the age of the home. He called me prior to the repair giving me a estimate and called me upon completion. He was slightly under his quote which I appreciated. I will call white knight again when I might need their services.

Went great - I would not hesitate to recommend. Responded to me quickly, provided a reasonable quote that he stuck to and got the work done quickly. He was professional and pleasant to have in my home.

If you need a plumber, look no further than White Knight Plumbing ... don't waste your time. I have never had an experience with service contractor like this in the past....ever! White Knight Plumbing came in and quickly got the job done without any issues. Came when he said he would be here. Fixed not only the problem (water tank) but also added an expansion tank to provide extended life to the tanks. Price was lowest of any of the competitors plus gave a military discount. Provided an extended warranty ... who does that?

They are fabulous. I highly recommend them.

James was very kind, knew exactly what the problem was over the phone. Gave me a time window that I was pleased with, and even was able to show up an hour earlier than expected. The whole process took less than 3 hours, so pretty quick in my opinion. James was quick, knowledgeable, responsive, respectful and affordable. I would definitely call him again if needed. work was for water heater plumbing, not gas leak, I can't seem to change that error.

I was very impressed with his work. He came promptly and explained our options and costs. Did the work in one day. Very friendly and went out of his way to help us. Would definitely used again!

and the We were finding damaged faucets, and serious effects with the dishwasher and permanent etching on glass, flatware and stainless. The water softener appeared to be working but we were unsure. We also were worried that other appliances and the water heater were in jeopardy of damage and felt they should be checked. We built the house in 2009 and warranties have expired on most items. James came up and went through everything beginning at the well pump and through to the water heater and water softener. There had never been a pre-filter installed and it was highly recommended by James. He did find the water softener was not operating as it should be. He gave us an estimate of the cost with and without the new pre-filter. Based on what James explained to us and our confidence in him, we purchased the filter and he came to install it. He serviced the water softener and reset the computer system. We had accidentally broken a faucet to the outside and he repaired that so we didn't need to worry again about that. The actual cost was $200 less than originally estimated......the estimate was more than reasonable. We were thrilled with James punctuality, approach to the problem and the work he did once the problem was identified. We have already recommended him to friends and will definitely call him again if needed! Give him an A+

I noticed my water heater was leaking on a Sunday. On Monday I called White Knight because of the reviews and I was not disappointed. My phone call was returned in a timely manner. All my questions were answered and he gave me lots of information. He knows plumbing inside and out. We made the appointment for Wednesday morning between 8 and 9. He arrived at 8:00. James was very tidy and left the area cleaner than it was when he start! I definitely will recommend White Knight to all my family and friends.

James came out on a Sunday night, and replaced two water heaters. He also redid the exhaust systems for the water heaters, as the previous installation was not up to code. He was extremely professional and gave us a very competitive price. I was very impressed and will use him for all my plumbing needs in the future.

James came the same day I called and got it working. It stopped working a few days later and I called him. He has come two other times (and didn't charge) and has given me information to follow up on about our older fireplace. I feel that James is willing to keep on working on this till we resolve it.

James Walton really is a White Knight. He immediately located the leak I had called about and then explained what steps he would take to fix the leak along with patiently answering all my questions - and I ask a lot of questions. Within a matter of minutes the job was complete and he handed me the invoice with an Angie's list discount worked in when I had neglected to ask for the discount in advance. After I paid him he stayed even longer to answer some further plumbing questions I had at no additional charge, which means I should probably send him a check after completing this review. James is probably the best plumber I have ever worked with and I have plumbers in my family. Great, very ethical guy and on a personal note, the dude has some serious muscle tone.
