Description of Work: Replaced leaking pipe from main to stop waste with new copper pipe. We could not turn on our water because of the leaking pipe near the house. Called Monday morning and he arrived Monday morning after his first appointment. Worked quickly and seemed very knowledgeable about the root of the problem. We will use this company again for our next plumbing issue.

Description of Work: Was scheduled to install prv. I told tenants weeks in advance. Day of installation he didn't show up. I called and he said he was in Las Vegas.

Description of Work: Great! Have used him before and he is amazing. Replaced a faulty kitchen faucet and even offered to get involved with the supplier to get a refund. I decided to just buy a new one and avoid the hassle. But I trust him completely.

Description of Work: He has been to our house several times. We have had him install a water heater, softener, and bath tub and faucets. He answers his phone within minutes, comes that day or the next, and remembered the details of our furnace room to make sure the water heater would fit and meet our needs. It did fit but was close.

He said it would NOT overflow. He also called a service he recommended who would clean up the water and mess. They were annoying and I did not use them. Hispanic plumber and hispanic friends.

Description of Work: Response was prompt. This was service on a rental property and we have had no complaints from the tenants.

Description of Work: James seemed very professional and courteous on the phone when i spoke with him about his hourly rate to check out an irrigation system. However, his rate of $70.00 an hour was anywhere from $20.00 to $25.00 more than his competitors. I gave him a C on the other categories as I do not know his work is like, since I did not hire him. I think if he would lower his price, i definitely would have hire him.
