We ordered it and called them, then they came out and took care of the issue. I just had to let them know that I’d bought the Big Deal so they would use that as payment.

Brandyn was very professional, punctual and thoroughly explained all services. He did not force products we didn't need. He also did a courtesy check on all plumbing fixtures throughout the house.

Great- diagnosed the issue with the poor airflow and did the engineering specs to allow them to recommend the proper system. Also filled out and provided me with all the proper paperwork to receive rebates from Rocky Mtn Power and Questar.

It went great. The service technician spent over two hours going over both the heater unit and the outside A/C. He cleaned condensate filters, checked freon, cleaned outside unit and checked that both heating and air conditioning were working before leaving. He gave me some suggestions on what to look for. I think the service for the price was excellent. I will continue to service these units at least once a year in the future.

The list search showed the company did repairs on refrigerator ice=makers. When I phoned for an appointment, they said they did not do that kind of repair. I'd like the refund of the big deal.

I gave them a call after they answered my initial email to discuss the work. They said they do not repair appliances anymore and just do heating & A/C work. Since I need an appliance person, I was not able to use this provider but the person I spoke to was professional and responsive.

Hhe serviceman was nicely uniformed and arrived on time. He serviced my air conditioner and showed me a damaged part that he said was due to go out soon and replaced it; The part was pricey, $159 so in the future I would price the parts ahead , so as not to overpay.. However, in this instance I had it installed rather than pay another service call. He noticed my control light was out on the hall regulator and told me it was important that that always had good batteries in it because it did affect the system.. Luckily I had two batteries and he installed them for me. I was pleased with the service.

The sale for a furnace inspection and cleaning appears to have been a ruse to try to get us to buy a new furnace. Mountainwest was supposed to do an inspection and cleaning. There was a delayed lighting on one of the burners in one of the furnaces, causing a popping when it lit. After the furnace tech was one with the inspection, before he informed me of the results, I asked if he had done the cleaning. He did not appear to know that the service also included a cleaning. After he found that the scheduled service was supposed to include a cleaning, he said that we may not want to do that after we hear the results. He said that our carbon monoxide levels were high and showed me the readouts at the event. I was suspicious of this, because the gas company had come out the day before and said that our levels were fine; and our very sensitive, hard-wired carbon monoxide detectors had never gone off in the past.. The Mountainwest tech then called his sales guy to come out and give us an estimate on two new furnaces (upstairs and down). After we got the estimate, the tech shut off the furnace, calling it a dangerous condition. I lit the furnace. The cleaning and fixed the problem and, since the cleaning was done, the furnace performed just fine all winter. I called a furnace contractor whom we have used in the past, Manwell Plumbing and Heating, and had them inspect the furnace and give their recommendation. Both furnaces worked fine and neither had elevated carbon monoxide levels that were too high or even close to being high. He said that, if the levels are tests as soon as the furnace lights, as the Mountainwest tech had done, the levels will be elevated but will go back down. Both furnaces were working just fine and, in the end, we just needed some duct work / venting outside to bring everything up to code.

They showed up ontime for the firdt appointment which was to service my A/C unit. Jim was so nice and so professional that I had no problem having them come back to clean my ducting. When they returned to clean the system they did an amazing job. Very professional company. I will use their services for as long as I live.

I ended up getting a whole new furnace and air conditioner. We have a large home that was using/wasting a ton of energy to heat and cool and I am happy we made the upgrade. We took advantage of the pre season discount and will get rebates from the gas and electric company, so I think we made the right move. The installers spent the whole day getting everything right and were polite and explained everything to me. I would use them again.

We have this done each year and have never been disappointed.

Mountainwest did a great job on the A/C. I was a little frustrated with the upselling. The technician was really trying to get us to have our ducts cleaned and furnace serviced and everything else. He wanted to inspect the furnace and pull it apart to show us how horribly dirty it would be. When we told him that would be the case here, he proceeded and then was disappointed when it wasn't as bad as he'd expected. We'd already had that service performed. Otherwise, they performed the service requested for the price listed.

He was fine. He came out and did the tune up. There were no problems. He did what he needed to do and left. It doesn’t get any better than that. It was a big deal purchase. He tried to upsell me other stuff and I wasn’t in a position to pay for it at that time. So I had to say no. Everything was above average. He just wasn’t quiet as knowledgeable as he should have been. He did what he was supposed to do and he did a good job. It would have been nice if he had little more knowledge.

I really liked how promt he was, and how he cleaned up after himself. He then gave us recommendations without pressure. He was very professional and through.

the call to schedule was prompt. She scheduler courteous and flexible. The service provider arrived on time. Was friendly, knowledgable and efficient. The only complaint is that he left dirt and dust which were a result of his work in front of the furnace.

It went well. Appointment was a few days away during a hot spell, so we used our swamp cooler to get by. Happy with their service.
