They were very good. They are very reliable. They do high quality work. They are actually about 120 miles from our house and they call well ahead of time and make an appointment with us at a time that is convenient for us.

It turned out just fair. I had a little bit of a hassle with their office on a few things. When I made the appointment, I asked for them to come and not only do the inspection that was part of the deal that I purchased on Angie's List, but to plan on looking at some other things and make sure they were aware of that. But when they sent somebody out, they did not have the right person that could do the other work. So I had to make another appointment. They charged me again for the check up, even though I had paid for it with the deal. It took me probably four months or more to get the money refunded back. Then I got a notice from them that I owed them that money when I was still trying to get it back from them. They had sent me to a collection agent. When I called and asked them about it, they said, "Well, we really haven't sent it to collection." But I got a couple of letters from the collection agent. When the guys came back to actually work on the humidifier system that I had a problem with, they didn't really fix the fundamental problem. In part that may have been limited by the system I had. I'm not really complaining too much about the service they gave me. I'm complaining more about their office staff. The office staff apparently didn't get all the notes right to make sure they had somebody that could do both things at once. I knew that would be an extra charge too, but I had to make a second appointment to get the other work done. They have the expertise to do a good job from the technical standpoint. I would just make sure that when you deal with their staff that you double check to make sure everything is clear. I don't know if they're under staffed or if they're just incompetent. I was not happy with their office staff. I would rate their professionalism a 'C' because of their office staff and not because of the technicians.

I've used this company for 13 years. They have done well. The good part about having a maintenance agreement is that whenever I have a problem and call them, they treat me with high priority and sent someone out right away. Over the course of 13 years, all the technicians who came over were good, with one exception which is a good track record.

They informed me that the model of the humidifier that I inquired about was too small so I could not use this deal.

I have had this company come out to clean the Furnace and Central Air since it was installed about 6 years ago. The technicians are fast, thorough, and very plesant. The tech's are very trust-worthy. I don't feel I have to stand over them to watch what they are doing. I'm really glad they are on Angies List now. With The Coupon, I received a Furnace Cleaning and a free Central Air Cleaning for the Spring. All for about $100, that's amazing! Yes....I would definately recommend, Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning.

I needed a washing machine repaired and when the serviceman got to my house he informed me that they only service heating and AC. I will not be using the deal.

As advertised, totally pleased. I am a repeat customer and will be in the future.

Pretty sure the furnace would need to be replaced, although hoping for repair. Technician was honest about condition of furnace and options. He gave me a reasonable price w/discount and it was installed the next day. 2 years later, it's still doing well, although this summer there was an issue w/the ac which I haven't had fixed yet.

Had a wonderful Experience. Furnace out, 0 degrees, house full of kids, Sunday! The best part of our experience was James. The inspection service was performed on time, but required a follow up visit to build a new box for the filter. The old one was very poorly constructed and nearly inaccessible for that simple maintenance of frequently replacing the filter. The estimate was acceptable and the man who came to work on the furnace was equally professional. Everything else in the furnace checked out fine and the filter is now easy to replace and we head into the heating season with more confidence!fine,

Very prompt, gave us a reasonable quote and completed the install as expected, the only negative was that they could have done a slightly better job of cleaning up behind themselves

Mountainwest installed the new unit a week later and did an outstanding job explaining the operation of the new unit to me and my wife. They cleaned up after themselves and made the areas in which they worked look better than they did before they arrived. Mountainwest also completed all the paperwork needed to apply for the various rebates for the new furnace and AC units. The new unit is much quieter and runs great. I will definitely use Mountainwest again in the future! They do great work!

My furnace was broke and they got it up and running. Everything went well after they replaced the part.

I was so impressed with the service I got from Vaughn! He tuned up the furnace, which had been burning yellow instead of blue. It hadn't been serviced for several years (I just bought the house) and I know he had to do extra work. He also shut down the swamp cooler for the summer. A different provider last year charged me twice what he charged, and didn't blow out the lines or remove the pump. I even got a discount for being a first-time customer. I will definitely be calling them again, especially because he gave me a quote for replacing the furnace/cooler with a new furnace/AC unit at hundreds of dollars less than his competitors.

Mountainwest has been doing furnace and a/c tuneups for the past couple of years. This year they told me my a/c was on its last leg. I got a second opinion who told me the a/c unit was fine. It ran all season with no problems. I won't be using Mountainwest in the future.

Inspection went well, technician recommended things we can do ourselves to maintain our furnace system during the year.

I was very pleased. He came on time and explained things very well to me. I appreciated that he did not try to up-sell me, but he still gave me all of the facts.

I called the provider firs thing this morning before 8 am and my unit was fixed by 10:15 am!! They are quick, courteous and fairly priced. James was awesome. Unfortunately, I didn't get the name of the woman who helped me set the appointment. She was great and called me back quickly. Highly recommend them!!!!!

The Technician was very polite and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it.

Paid for air conditioning tune-up on line. $49 paid on line did not go toward any part of the bill. Repair guy found a part that was ready to go out. Cost was high and also ended up paying for 9 months warranty package that was very confusing. Told me/ wrote in receipt that he had done something that I did not think had been done. When I called the repair guy back to ask about it, he said that he did do it. Then, he called me back and said that he had not done it and would come back and make it right. Then, I got another call from him in which he said that he had talked to his boss and he would not be coming back to make it right.

It was great. They were on time. They were very courteous and knowledgable. I will continue to use them.
