Description of Work: MountainWest Service Experts replaced my old AC unit and added a new return to my home. Dennis worked with me to get me the deal that I wanted. The installers were very professional, punctual, and did an excellent job on the installation (as far as I can tell, at least!).

Description of Work: Our AC died and they came to replace a part--within just a few hours of when I called. The technician was professional, quick, respectful of our home, etc. We'll definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Check our furnace and air conditioner. This was covered under our maintenance agreement. We renewed the maintenance agreement. Gave recommendations for future replacements.

Required installation of new coolant piping and 220V power supply through finished basement and attic. Most work completed within a week of sales presentation. Workers were professional and courteous, leaving all work areas complete and clean. One aesthetic issue came up during installation and contractor promptly came up with satisfactory resolution. Also came back to do some finishing touches and extra work items without being asked.

Description of Work: Inspected and serviced my water softener. Added the purifier. Tested the water hardness. He also answered questions about my upstairs toilet and tested the water softness. Both areas were soft water. He was very professional and friendly.

Description of Work: They inspected my furnace. Found that, due to the way it was installed, the heat exchanger was rusted. They were able to show me on a camera the damage. They recommended a new furnace. I got a second opinion and replaced the furnace, but with the second opinion company. They did a good inspection job for the money.

Description of Work: Inspected and serviced furnace. Went well, but serviceman said furnace was starting to rust and develop a crack, probably due to moisture and showed me a picture of the inside where the problem was. I told him it was only 8 yrs old and I would get it checked by the co. that, put it in. He then seemed a little frustrated and kept apologizing for the bad news, which I found odd. When the other co. came they did a complete check of the furnace and could find no problem and that or any other area. Consequently I have lost confidence in Mountainwest.
