Description of Work: Service Experts diagnosed my 30+-year old furnace/AC (heat-pump system) as needing more repair than the unit was worth, and replaced it with a high-efficiency unit. The sales rep Dennis was very personable, gave me several free upgrades. The workers came on time, did their work well and cleaned up after themselves. They hauled out my old unit and had my new unit all ready in the agreed timeframe. Loved it!

Description of Work: Repaired my furnace; replace pressure switch. They even sent another tech out because I was having issues with the common wire the feeds power to my smart thermostat- no extra charge. Although this issue wasn't repaired it was no fault of the techs. I have an old 16 year old Furnace with a flaky circuit board. Both Techs were awesome and were very knowledgable and courteous. Would hire again in the future!

Description of Work: Took a three phone calls and a month of emails to schedule a visit, and they failed to show up to the first scheduled appt. However, once they were there, they did a great job and were patient with my dogs, etc.

Description of Work: They told me what was wrong with my A/C and I asked how much it would be to replace it and I received a quote a couple of days later which was expensive but appropriate for what I was asking for.
