Anderson was extremely professional and prompt. They replaced work that was shoddily completed only a few years earlier. Bidding included the cap, drip edge, and brick work for less than other bidders who were only planning to replace the cap. Work took less than a day, after which they cleaned up thoroughly. Looks and functions better than ever! We have already referred them to 2 neighbors, and everyone was very pleased with their work. It's nice to have professionals who do a good job to send to our friends.

Anderson Masonry provided a bid that was several hundred dollars lower than another. The work done was very good and we thought highly of Russ and his team. We would absolutely use Russ again. The only less positive comment would be that after we received the bid, we wanted to schedule the work. The schedule was three weeks out - which was longer than we wanted but survivable. The thing that was challenging was not having a hard date to work off of. We were told we would be contacted in about three weeks to schedule the job. It was close to that. Tangible dates are just easier to work off of when you have a busy schedule. Regardless, this was a minor thing and Anderson Masonry is fantastic!

They came gave us an estimate and then came and did the work. The bill was the same as the estimate and they cleaned up after doing the work. We were very pleased with the whole process and recommend them highly.

I am still in the bidding process but Russ gave great advice and was quick to respond.

Has lost part of our chimney over the winter. Not only did they show up quickly and identified other problems, but the work was done quickly by the company's owner and at a good price. He wouldn't accept a check until we were satisfied, and we certainly are.

No contact, no appointment!

Russ did mortar repairs to a cement block garage with a settlement crack running top to bottom in a corner wall. He inspected the problem, advised on the likely cause and how to mitigate this, and quoted on the repair. He was able to return a week later to do the work, and the end result was very satisfactory. He also did some other minor mortar repairs to the property. All my dealings with Russ were over the phone. He was responsive and professional and followed through when he said he would. I had two quotes on this job, and went with Anderson Masonry because Russ was able to better explain the job to me and his price was a little more attractive than the other bid.

Professional in all aspects. Arrived promptly at appointed time to give me an estimate. Explained what the work would entail and how it would correct the deterioration problem with the chimney. No pressure was put on me to do more than what was necessary to fix the problem. On the day they did the work, they arrived on time. They placed pads underneath their scaffolding to protect the surface of my deck. They brought all the equipment and supplies required to complete the repair. They did a fine job of cleaning up the work area when they were finished. The quality of their work was excellent. I highly recommend Anderson Masonry and will contact Russ in the future if I have need for his company's services.

It was a great experience working with this company. Russ called me back right away and came out to look at the job. He was able to get to it the next week and worked in conjunction with my window company to make sure it was done to the correct measurements for the new window when it arrived. Very pleased with the work and the communication in the process. Would definitely use him again!

Gave a bid and responded right away when I called for him to do the job. Very fast, complete, clean and professional. Even took the time to explain how I could prevent this damage in the future. I would use him again without a doubt.

He was very punctual and came out the same day as my call. He gave me an estimate that was higher then my other two estimates I had received. He gave me some very important information to think about even though I might decide to go with someone else. He advised me to find our which company the concrete was coming from as there were some companies in the area that were having some qualify issues with their product. One reason I didn't go with him was his schedule was pretty full for a few weeks and we wanted it poured earlier. He was very professional.

Reasonable bid, showed up on time, did the work in a timely manner, cleaned up when finished. Tried to match the existing mortar, the job looks very nice.

He assessed accurately what other contractors had missed ... I had been advised by many other bigger name contractors, to use the existing pad of spalling concrete to lay pavers on. Russ stated that it would be a mistake, and that he would advise tearing out the old pad and putting in a new one. I confirmed with Beehive Brick that it would likely just be a matter of time before the pavers moved and/or cracked if they were laid on a foundation that was spalled and beginning to crack. Russ saved me thousands of dollars in what would have been a huge mistake. He and his brother poured a new concrete slab, stamped it, color matched and sealed it exactly to the existing steps and courtyard concrete. He also removed a tall stone pillar that had been significant water damage and was cracked and crumbling. He rebuilt it to match the other stone pillar and caught my attention to the reason for the water damage in the first place. He was very fair with cost, discounting his own bid because it turned out to not be as expensive. He was awesome to work with - honest, punctual, reliable - integrity is a must for me. He is a man of integrity and he honors what he says he going to do. I would have no hesitation in using him again or recommending him fully. - Thanks Russ.

The work was done very well.

.I used them 3 weeks ago. He did a mailbox and grouted my chimney. He did stone and brickwork on my patio. It was in April. He was a really nice guy. He worked very hard. He was great. He was professional. I would recommend him. The price was reasonable for the work he did. The quality of his work was excellent.

Russ was very prompt and professoinal. He stopped by the same day I called, to give me a bid. He explained what needed to be done to repair and cap my chimney properly, assessed other work to be done, then emailed the bid later that day. His price was much better than a prior bid I had recieved and included more work to do the job right. He was able to schedule my job several days later. He and 2 other workers showed up early in the morning and were able to complete the job in one day. Great job, including clean-up. After they were finished I asked him where to get screen covers for the chimneys. He offered to form some and put them in place without charging me any more for the job. He put them in place a few days later.

Called for an estimate and they weren't the least expensive; but they were very personable, polite and friendly. After the estimate they took a while to get back for the job. They had a very large project they were working; but they never let us feel neglected or ignored. Once they came by for the job it only took them a day to repair our chimney and knock down and re-brick some of our front porch wall. We missed the message on the bill and it took us entirely too long to get them paid. They are a bunch of very hard working men and didn't deserve a delay in payment like we had.

Great job by Anderson Masonry LLC! Great response, great communication, great price, and most of all great repair job reinforcing the post and base of my metal mailbox with concrete and steel rebar! I am completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone!

The mortar around the top of our chimney was deteriorating and the bricks were beginning to look as though they might fall into the driveway. One brick inside the fireplace had also come loose and fallen out. My 1949 house is painted brick. During the estimate they checked to see what kind of bricks I had under the paint so they could match those that couldn't be reused. They explained how they would shape the cement cap to keep rain moisture away from the bricks to prevent the problem from happening again. They were on time and did a beautiful job. They also diagnosed the cracks in the mortar of my garage from a gutter downspout that was allowing lots of water to pool around the brick and suggested how to reaim it before more damage occurred. Later they did a more significant repair on my grandparents' chimney and the work there was also excellent.
