Description of Work: All I have done so far is get an idea of cost. The work on my chimney masonry cannot be done until Spring when the weather clears up. I will definitely be using Anderson Masonry when the time comes. They were very responsive and honest with me. I look forward to doing business with this company.

Description of Work: Repaired several cracks in the brick exterior of office building. One crack required removal and replacement of broken bricks. They were easy to work with and did an excellent job.

Description of Work: Work included dig out for concrete foundation and shelf wall (4' high), plus floor (approx. 11' x 10' room). Anderson Masonry was easy to work with and schedule. They worked with us for installation of heavy mil plastic prior to floor pour. |The contractor requested that we as homeowners obtain the necessary engineering review and permit. They coordinated all three inspections. The inspector was impressed with the quality of the work at each phase. The finish work was expertly finished. Our only complaint was we felt the price was high as we estimated material cost to around $1500. |Even with the cost, the quality of the work would have us use this contractor again.

Description of Work: Anderson Masonry provided a flagstone walkway front to backyard, and flagstones around a hot tub in the back yard. They arrived as scheduled, did the work as planned, and did a reasonable cleanup job. The workman were excellent and did a great job. |i had only two nits. Given my contracting background, I asked for the price to be for "time and materials" with a cap at his bid price, which he agreed to. At final completion, he dismissed it and said the total price was his bid price without any reference to his agreement for T&M, or explanation. Also, he indicated his bid price was for 20 flagstones on the walkway, but they only used 16, which were enough. He could have offered me the other 4 flagstones since I apparently paid for them. I could have used them. Fairly annoying items but Anderson Masonry did a great job.

Description of Work: They fixed uneven concrete sidewalk by raising low areas and grinding a few high spots.

Description of Work: The masonry on my stone porch was crumbling. Anderson removed & replaced the masonry around the stone; then sealed the porch. They were prompt, professional, and completed the work in the timeframe they estimated in the bid. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again!

Description of Work: They replaced a driveway that was badly crumbling as well as expanded the size of the driveway to a double driveway and replaced the cement on a dog run. Russ and his crew were excellent! Very professional. Great communication throughout the process. Fantastic work ethic. Russ brought to my attention some problems that were being caused by some tree roots that I was unaware of saving me from future headaches. Would highly recommend them to friends and family. I am already talking to him about future projects.

Description of Work: They built a number of concrete and masonry structures to hardscape our backyard. They did a great job, followed-through with everything they promised, and we are very happy. The only downside was that they are popular (probably because they are good), so we had to wait quite a while for the work to commence - still, a good job is worth the wait.

Description of Work: Did not have them do the work because the bid seemed pretty high. They were however, quick to respond to my call for an estimate and very courteous. In the end, I went with someone else who bid much less, and then charged me much more than the bid I had from Anderson....should have gone with Anderson because their bid was more well informed and realistic and I would have gotten quality work without a nasty surprise at the end!

Description of Work: Extensive brick replacement to chimney and some brick replacement in another area as well a repairing some settling cracks in mortar. They matched to mortar in color and texture. They were timely, professional and quietly went about their work. They offered suggestions for a chimney cap to prevent future problems. I would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Repaired my chimney, built a chimney cap, repaired a load bearing pillar that had been knocked over.
