Justin was very prompt and came next day. I would highly recommend Five Star for any plumbing or AC problem. He went above and beyond to get us the backflow system that we needed. He also stood by his bid even though he should have charged more. We will definitely be using his service in the future!!!

I think they should re-name the company SIX STAR SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! These guys are great. First of all they Showed UP!! And on Time. The first apt. was to give me a bid and the second apt. was the next day to do the job. I had interviewed a couple of other companies and I could not get a commitment for the appointment to even get a bid let alone the job done. Justin and Steve showed up with smiles on there faces and a fabulous work ethic and preformed beyond expectation's. The work was masterful. Well thought out and looked like a piece of art . To summarize they showed up on time, preformed the tasks immediately and the price was more than fair. I feel like a made 2 new friends in the process. I would trust these guys anytime.
