We had a brand new system installed plus all new duct work and registers including demo of old system. It was an extensive job and Justin and his team were amazing and professional. Justin made the experience one of the best we have had. His vast knowledge and what we were wanting to accomplish, he got it done. Great communication and we always knew what was going on. Definitely recommend Justin and his team! Give them a call, you wont be disappointed!

They came out the same day to check heat pump Friday 6-09-23. I needed a new one that they installed Monday 6-12-23! They were professional and expedient! I have cold air before the annual heatwave! I’m very happy with their performance! Thank you for your help! Great company!

I would like t have had the experts name, so I could call on him again. The only thing I didnt like was there was a brand new thermostat on the wall and he changed it and took it with him, we could have used it on another furnace, it was new. Five star home services did get us another one so everything is A OK.

Friendly, quick response. Day after installation we noticed a slight drip of water on the water heater. The company sent a plumber immediately and he found the source of the leak and fixed the problem.

Very prompt, fair and professional. I like Carrier equipment and they did exactly what they said.

No complaints - they respond well and do what they say they will do and at a reasonable price. I would recommend them.

They quick to come and make a bid which beat all the other companies. They started immediately and finished up in great time. Important as we had no hot water.

The workers were efficient and helped remove my old water heater. They also asked for preferences on where to install the tankless water heater.

I wish he would have offered to put a sprayer in the kitchen in.

Received a quote over the phone by a very nice young lady in the office. The plumbers were to our home the very next morning as promised and the final bill was exactly as quoted on the phone. They were fast, efficient and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Justin at Five Star is our new plumber.
