The service window was blown by a good five hours, but the service itself was excellent. I suspect this company could use another installer. Overall very happy with the work, though.

The company was late but found out there was an accident on the freeway. When Jacob got here, he explained everything what was needed with my garage door opener. Very Professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone of my friends or family.

Very slow, unprofessional service. My appointment was at 4 PM and he did not show up until 6:30. He did not call to let me know. Then the garage opener needed a part that he failed to keep on his truck. He said he would be back at 9 AM the next morning and he was a no show until 3 PM the next day. He does not respect the customers time. I think he was high on drugs.

The appointment set up was quick and easy but then no one showed at the time they were scheduled and I had to call again to find out what was going on. Also it seemed that there was one thing after another to be added on to the price. Also when the garage door was being lubricated there was a lot of over spray in the garage.

Jacob was awesome. He was very professional, knowledgeable. Efficient. The cost of the repair was reasonable. I will definitely use this company again.

After one phone call, the owner arrived in less than hour. He explained what needed to be done and didn’t try to talk me into unneeded repairs. He worked efficiently and my door was functional within an hour

Professional, accredited and incredibly smart. Jacob was patient with my numerous questions and didn't leave until I was completely comfortable with the installation and how to keep the equipment maintained properly. Great installation!

First point of contact (who is apparently Jacob's wife) set up our appt., was very helpful, courteous and professional. We told her that we needed repair ASAP, that the spring had broken, and she set a morning appt. that same day. Jacob was running just a bit later than expected, but he called and told us when he would be there, which was not too much after the set appt. He explained to us what repair(s) were needed and what he recommended for preventive maintenance since the garage is 14 years old. He explained that they warranty all parts for life, and labor for 90 days. Jacob, being the owner, knows his business and was efficient and got the job done very timely. The garage door probably works better than it ever has before.

Jacob made suggestions to replace both springs rather than the broken one and that they warrant their parts lifetime. So we ended up getting 2 springs and replaced the motor which is long overdue. Now my garage door is really quiet when we open it. He was also on time.

My garage door has never ran so smoothly. They were very courteous and did a great job!

They cancelled my first appointment, although they did give me a discount for my inconvenience. The technician diagnosed the problem as a bad control board, then replaced it for $180 plus service charge. 4 days later I had exactly the same problem with the garage door as before the repair. So the problem was either incorrectly diagnosed, or I was intentionally sold a $180 part that I didn't need, or they sold me a faulty control board. I left them a phone message today (Sunday). So far, no response; we'll see what happens on Monday.
