In my attempt to be handy this morning I totally messed up my garage door motor. Luckily, the previous owners had the forethought to place a sticker for Specialized on the motor housing. I called them and explained my situation. They had a tech call me back a few hours later and walk me through a 3-minute process of realigning everything and getting me back on track! He was so patient and kind with me as he walked me through the process. You can bet I am going to call this company again in the future before messing with things myself again. Thank you!!

Ultimately I chose to repair rather than replace the door and am pleased with the outcome. What Jacob did not do was use subtle fear tatics to upsell me on a new door.
