They were fast at getting things done but cosmetically the did not repair the cracks on the outside of the house which was the real reason we wanted the garage door repaired. The garage door was still functional it just had cracks that looked bad from the outside of the house and the cracks look even worse now but the garage door itself is much quieter. We just expected that he would give care to the outside of what the house looked like by the garage door as well.

I was able to get my garage door opener repaired the same day that I called for the quote. Tech arrived on time, he didn't waste any time and found the problem quickly and the repair was done quickly and it did not cost me an arm and a leg.

Someone called me less than one minute after I submitted the request, and the job was done at 11am the next day. The professional who repaired the door was great and was in and out very quickly. When other pros called I told them the quote Specialized gave me and they said they couldn't beat it and was suprised at what it was. I am very satisfied and they guaranteed the work.
