"Ghosted me. When I complained and asked for a manager he told me that they don't want to work for me. I told them I was from California. Is that the reason? They've been unfriendly and rude at times plus they ghosted me. Their reason stated for not wanting to do business with them is that I once said to a local plumbing and HVAC guy that if he won't bring their work up to code and repair the hole they made that I would have little recourse except suing them. They wasted my time and then ghosted me based on rumors and gossip. Really appalled but I don't want to get upset again writing about it. I'll edit it later if I can."
