 + -1 moreI highly recommend Utah Pro Appraisals, and especially Taylor Prowell as an appraiser! Taylor was absolutely amazing to work with! We needed our appraisal as soon as possible and Taylor came out the same day we ordered it. He was very professional, prompt, and we could tell he really knew what he was doing. He came in, took some pictures, measurements, and answered all of our questions we had for him. He said the appraisal would take up to three days to deliver to our lender. However, Taylor had it written up the next day and submitted to our lender. His appraisal fee was very affordable too! Thank you Taylor and Utah Pro Appraisals for an outstanding job!
