They overcharge.

It was good.

I really was happy with them. They just came on time. He made the carpets which were really dirty look great. They said that they would be back if there was anything that needs to be touched up or anything that we weren't happy with. Sometimes they give us a time that they will come and then they don't come until after the time. Sometimes we have to sit and wait the whole day, and I don't like that. But he gave me a block of time and he came right in the middle of that time. He was very thorough cleaning the carpets and got everything out. He explained everything to me. He offered extra things that I could do and I chose not to. He wasn't pushy at all.

The initial service was to be for carpet cleaning in only a couple of rooms. When we saw the results we opted to have the whole house done. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. We also had them clean the ceramic tile and grout in the kitchen and guest bathrooms. It also turned out great. When talking with the tech about getting an oriental rug cleaned he informed me of their process so we had him take it with him to be cleaned also. We had lived in the house for over 15 years and the duct work had never been cleaned, so we had that done also, We use their carpet service in our business and will definitely have them back to do the tile and carpets in the future.

I had a coupon for 3 rooms for $79.00. When the technician arrived I indicated I wanted to count the bathroom and hallway and stairs as the other two rooms. He repeated back to me, and quot;You want to make that the 3 rooms?and quot;. I replied, and quot;yes.and quot; He then asked if I would like to add a protectorant for $30.00 per room. I indicated yes. He then proceeded to count the stairs. He said nothing more. He then went ahead and cleaned the indicated areas. The cleaning looked good and I liked the feel of the carpet (no crunchiness). He then told me the total cost would be $315.00. In a state of shock I paid it. There was no itemization. He indicated the intemized bill plus a survey would appear on my email. When I went to my email (after paying the bill), several hours later I found that he had charged $10 each for the two landings on the staircase (less than 3 ft sq. each), $5.00 per stair tread, $10 for a small walkin closet (approx3 ft. x 4 ft) on top of the original offer of 3 rooms for $79.00. I contacted Zero REz directly and after several phone calls (talking directly to the technician who apologized for not indicating what the additional costs would be before he started the service) and a customer service agent (who was extremely apologetic about the technician not informing me up front what the additional charges would be, she offered me one room free next time I used their services, if I chose to do that. She indicated she would retrain all her staff, particularly the technician who came to my house. I feel that they grossly misrepresented what the costs would be and offered much too little in return for their error.

They did a great job and the results were excellent.

The technician arrived on time, was professionally uniformed, and polite. After reviewing the areas to be cleaned and confirming the state of the carpet, the technician helped me move a couple of small items and then began work. He pre-treated the spots, then cleaned each room, taking great care not to damage walls with hoses or equipment. Once the first half was done, the technician brought In a fan to help dry the first two areas. Upon completion, the technician reapplied a protectant. Once all work finished, the technician removed the equipment and presented the bill. The figures were inline with my expectations. The quality of the cleaning job was almost immediately evident. The carpet dried quickly, with no smell or fragrance, and the feel of the carpet once dry was as if new. I arranged to pay using a credit card, but the zip code had been input incorrectly into the system, so the technician was unable to process payment. A few days later, the office contacted me to arrange payment. The only wrinkle in the experience was that someone in the office contacted me to request another payment about a week after I had already paid. Once I confirmed to Zerorez that my card had been debited in favor of Zerorez a week earlier, the Zerorez rep apologiz profusely for the system error on Zerorez's part. In summary, the technician was very professional, the services of very good quality, pricing on the high side compared to competitors, and the support and service from the office unfortunately slightly below average in my experience.

They were very prompt and timely. The service was good. They cleaned the carpets very well and it dried well. There is nothing negative about them. They met all of our exspectations. They were also very professional. We will schedule with them again.

They did an excellent job. We have used them for several years. They were on time and professional.

That they are prompt, courteous, and clean. And I like the job they do. The disadvantage to them is that they don't move furniture.

They are the only ones that have ever done my carpets. I used them last year and they did my carpets again in May. I spent more than I should have. My experience was not really as good as it was in the past because they did not move around the furniture and then put it up on the little blocks so that the carpets would dry. They broke an end of one of the floor molding that I had and they broke a vase that I had upstairs that had some dry flowers. They did not repair them. They did not even tell me about it and I did not find out until after they left. I did not call them and tell them about it. I thought that their price was a little high for what they did. The quality was still very good. I would probably use them again but I would have them do for less than what they did the last time. I think that I am fine with it and because I have had them do it so many times I was not as attentive as I should have been. So, it was partially my fault too. I would use them again but may be for just a section and may be not as expensive. I would just have one section of carpeting done instead.

Zero Rez was very outstanding. The service was great and they moved everything that they could possibly move in the locations that I wanted the carpets cleaned. The technician even came back the following week after the dog got out and soiled the living room where they had cleaned quite heavily the weekend before at no charge. I highly recommend Zero Rez because they got out spots that had been on my carpet for quite some time and it is spot free now; it is awesome.

Zerorez advertises on a radio show that I listen to. They offer to do 3 areas up to 200 SQ FT per area for $69.00. Obviously most people who need their carpets cleaned will need more than 600 SQ FT cleaned. I expected to pay more than $69 up front. I needed about 1200 SQ FT cleaned including a flight of stairs.This was for a rental unit. When I called for a price quote, they wanted to get all my information up front before they would give me a quote (name, home address, home phone). I don't see why they need that info for a price quote. I expected to pay about twice the advertised special for what I needed done (so, maybe $150). They wanted $264. That was more than 3 times what they advertise. In my opinion that is just a bait and switch tactic. I went with another company. I recommend Allure Carpet Cleaning.

They did a good job; but they were way too expensive. I don't think so I will use them again.

I spent about $1500 for their service. The actual work was good, but the prices were a little high. It was higher than another carpet cleaning company, but the results were good. We would probably use them again, but there is one problem that hasn’t been resolved. If they are not going to resolve it in the next month or so, then I am going to report them to another company. When they did this work, they also recommended an electrostatic filter for the furnace for $105. So, we purchased that, but it didn’t fit when we got it. That’s why I requested that they refund me, but they wouldn’t do it even though it’s still new and is in the box. It hasn’t been opened. In the last two years, we invited them to come back to the house and do carpet cleaning on a condition that they give us credit for the filter, but they wouldn’t do it. They claim that the management has changed and so, they are not liable. So, we are going to invite them one more time this summer to come and clean all the carpets in the house.

They charged $245 (not including stain protectant, which the tech didn't mention until he was done, and would have cost an additional $100). This was about $100 more than I'd paid in the past for similar services (including stain protectant). However, price aside, the experience was not good. Their cleaning process left large streaks, stripes, and patches of discoloration, primarily in the living room, and their explanations made no sense: they blamed the dirtiness of the carpets (which had been cleaned semi-annually every year since installation), said something must be wrong with the carpet pad (which didn't explain why the entire carpet wasn't discolored), said that the techs sometimes didn't use the cleaning tools correctly (?), and assumed that the use of rubber-backed area rugs had caused the discoloration (I had never used such rugs in the affected areas). They cleaned the carpet twice more over the course of the next month, and only succeeded in making the problem worse and more pronounced. Throughout this experience, their customer service was severely lacking. I was forced to call over and over to get return calls, and had to insist that they not treat the two subsequent visits to correct the damage as routine service calls by giving me 3 hour arrival windows instead of specific appointment times. I received no apology or expression of concern from anyone at Zero Rez; they talked this off as something that sometimes happens. No big deal. At the end of the day, I was informed by voicemail on March 2nd that they would refund $45 "for the part of the carpet I wasn't happy with." I left yet another message to discuss this; to this day, I have not received a return call, let alone a refund - which is essentially meaningless, anyway, given that I'll need to replace the carpet. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I've been using them for the last ten years. I like the system that they use. They don't put a lot of water in the carpet; they use minimal water so the carpets dry quickly. You can almost see the difference. My dark burgundy carpets look real good when they are finished. I am planning to use them again soon. They are good at what they do. They are into carpet care as well as cleaning and they will tell you if they see a problem forming and about wear patterns. They do a nice clean job in a relatively small amount of time.

Worker was very nice, took time to explain service and answer questions. I was disappointed with the results, for how much it cost I thought the results would be better. Several stains were still there and you could barely tell they had been cleaned. I did like that the cleaner did not make our feet itchy.

They are really good! They were able to get all of the stains out and I was very pleased with the service. They were on time and answered all of my questions. They were on time and the rate was reasonable as well.

The carpets were cleaned with very little residue left for future dirt to attach itself to. They were a little bit sloppy. I had water all over my hardwood floors and I had to clean that up myself.

They were pretty good, but the man with the big tubes hit our walls and rubbed the paint off with the hoses. They were easy to talk to and very prompt. We expected it to be a little nicer for the price that we paid.

I hired Zero Rez to clean my carpets. I loved the service that they gave me. He was very polite and professional. They got all of the spots out of the carpet, and they have not come back.
