Service tech shows up to do 3 room special and because there were some pet stains from a 2 lb chihuahua, dude tried up-sell my Wife an additional $200, to treat the pet stains. We refused to pay the extra and asked the tech to please just do the 3 room special. The lazy *** tech told my Wife that he wouldn't do the work we had hired him to do, stating that he "didn't want to get sick." Funny that doing the stain treatment for an extra $200 would have been ok, but when we decided not to pay for this ridiculously priced "service," he took his ball and went home. I Will NEVER recommend Zerorez, and will tell EVERYONE I know what a shady af joint they're runnin.

Very good. They worked on the project until it was finished.

Dirt still left in carpet and left behind a bad smell.

The cleaning was good. The carpets looked much better after the cleaning. I was surprised that the "lines" made by the cleaning process did not fade in the 2 months we were still in the house following the cleaning.

Terribly unimpressed by their scheduling and customer service. I was told they would call between 1:45 - 2:15. I never received a phone call. We finally called them at 3:15, was told the technician was just finishing up at the previous job, and the average job is 1 1/2 hours. 4:00, I called again and they said he was just finishing and would be here shortly. She also told me they called between 1:45 and 2:15 and left a voice mail, which was a lie. I don't have voice mail on my home number at all (so impossible to leave a message) and no missed calls or voice mail left on my cell phone, the two numbers she told me they called. The technician finally arrived at 4:15 and told me it would take 3 hours to do the job. My carpets are not that bad, so it isn't like they have to pre-treat a bunch of stains. Plus we moved all of the furniture out of the rooms except a couple major pieces, like a grand piano and air hockey table, so they don't have to work around couches, tables, chairs, etc. If I had known they were coming this late, I never would have accepted the appointment time because we had tickets to a football game that night.

I am very pleased with them and plan on hiring them again in the future.

The work was okay, but the extra costs were ridiculous.

It was an A, everything was an A. I would use them again. They are professional, I like the quality of their products, they were half for free. The worker was very good, very honest. He cleaned up very well.

The carpet looked great after it was done. However, the tile in my mudroom has white circular marks over the entire surface. The person sent to clean my floors was new and very inexperienced. He didn't know what was causing the marks on the floor and didn't say anything until he had done the entire floor. It looks hideous. I received no apology or discount. Just a ruined floor.

I think they did as good a job as they could, our carpet was very, very dirty and the deal ended up costing a lot more you know there were add on's that I hadn't expected.

The workers are great. The advertising of the cleaning process is just as good as anybody else is.

The technician spend lots of time spot treating the carpet since it had lots of stains. The results were amazing!

Excellent work. Came the same day that I called them. Carpet looks like new...can't tell there was a stain.

They do a good service, and they don't use chemicals. I found them through an advertisement in a newspaper.

We have used him twice and I liked them a lot. It was reasonable. The guy that came was amazing. He came very early because they said he would come around two and he came at 10.30, which was great for me because I have kids that would come home from school by two. The pricing was wonderful. That deal was fabulous; he even gave me a discount. He did a fantastic job and the carpets looked great. He put on booties. He asked me some questions on what they should specifically work on.

They were very good. They follow through with what they say they will do. I was very pleased. I have dogs and they got rid of all spots and odors.

The gentleman was on time and very courteous. He did a thorough job of cleaning the areas I wanted. I will be using their services again soon in the future.

They always do an excellent job. They do all the cleaning and take care of any pet stains without any additional costs. I would highly recommend them.

I like that the carpet is not left wet, it drys within a half a day.
