The receptionist was great at describing the way their contracts work and how they would come out for the initial service which sets up a 4 ft barrier around the house and windows and then they spray the inside floor boards and problem areas inside the house. then they come out 4 more times through out the year. She also informed us that they use products that are safe for animals and we have a 6 year old dog. They then set up the appointment for the same day and our window was between 3 to 6. We got a phone call at 5 to inform us that our technician was running a touch late and he arrived at 6:20. I work in customer service and because of the call ahead of time it was not a problem. The technician talked to us about all of our concerns and he was extremely thorough. He did a really good job and I was very pleased with his work. I have already recommended that my parents look into using them.

They are a great company. Very professional and courteous staff. Their services take care of all our pest control needs. I Iove that they guarantee their work and if you need them to come out between treatments they do so at no additional charge.

Great job on both. The neighbors said my yard had never looked better (green, lush) and my family had no spiders and bugs to contend with for the first time in 14 years. It was wonderful altho my lawn mowing frequency was a little more than normal. Had two emergencies - wasps were found going in and out of my bricked-up mailbox column and PPC readily took care of them and their inside nests (once each on both years). Thank goodness as I am quite allergic to those nasty, sneaky, & fast little devils (the wasps).

Things have been going well. They come out when they are supposed to. You always know when they are coming out and they do a great job.

I recently had another company come to my door and try gain my business. I happened to have my receipt from Preventative as they had come the day before. The salesman quoted me a price that was 1 1/2 times what I pay with Preventative claiming a better product. After looking at my receipt with him, we found out that they use the exact same product. They give me a discount for paying for the the year in advance which the other company didn't do. They use high quality products and have been great to work with. The technicians have always been friendly and informative. They call ahead and schedule appointments when I'm available. If the day they are in the area doesn't work for me, they have always rescheduled for a better time with no hassles.

They were conscientious. They call before they come. They are very nice people to work with. They are very accommodating with your schedule.

My yard had no weeds last year and hardly any this year. I have a contract with them. They allow you set the contract based on your needs. They are very accommodating with how often they need to come out. They were willing to forgive a service that was done that was misunderstood. They pulled my records to confirm that I never had the treatment and forgave the problem. They are less expensive than the previous company.

They are fantastic to work with. I pay a set amount for seasonal problems, both inside and outside of the house. They treat whatever the problem is, for one agreed upon low price. The company will come out, at no additional cost, as many times as it takes, to get rid of the problem. The cost is reasonable and the service is guaranteed.

The work has gone very well. They come every three months. We have not had any bugs since they started. The men they sent out are very nice and they know the house. Everything has been very nice. If anything bothers us, they will make a special trip out. Their customer service is excellent. They are more punctual than I am. They call me when my appointment is coming up.

They originally did inside and out but now just the outside. They come 2-4 times year. I have not noticed any major bugs since. I have no complaints with them.

We have used routine services from Preventive Pest control for years. However, we still have a wasp nests in our attic. I had to ask the providers to spray under the eaves of our home. The company is very professional. The wasps have been undeterred.

They are excellent. They are very professional. They are really great. They charged $37 and 25 cents for lawn fertilization and $89 for bug control. I would definitely use them again in the future.

I worked on a schedule with them for a while, but now I just call them when I need them, and they come right out. They do a good job. They will come back and re-treat if I have any concerns. They will come out and give me an idea of the price depending on what I am doing, how big my place is and so forth. Their price seems to be certainly comparable to anybody else that I have looked into. They will be there on the date and at the time that they say they are going to be there. I would rate them highly.

This was a followup to their second application. This company has done everything they said they would do. Their treatment specialist was courteous and efficient - completing our home in a timely manner. The followup was for one room where spiders had been distrubed and were present. They happily came out immediately at no charge to fix that problem.

We live up in Emigration canyon and have a pretty serious problem with box elder bugs plus a variety of other pests including bees, wasps and hornets. I tried calling Orkin and they didn't call back to schedule an appointment. I called these folks and they came out the same day. They we're great about explaining the service and went above and beyond. They use an organic product that's safe for our dog and cat and I didn't have to leave the house during the visit. Their annual service seems very reasonably priced and included free checkups should anything arise between quarterly visits. I was used to killing a dozen or more bugs a day and dealing with them covering the sides of our house and windows. After they left, there was a dramatic decrease in the number of pests and most that I saw were dead. I would highly recommend this company.
