Some of their techs seem to do a better job than others. We still see all sorts of bugs in our house almost daily, once our contract is up I will not be using them again.

We had problems when they changed formulas. They would come out in between services, but it was inconvenient. So we canceled.

The gentleman that came out to our house was very friendly and new what he was doing. Took some extra time to go threw what he will be doing. When he was done he came back and went threw what he found and problems to look out for. He also took the time to knock down lots of old wasp nest for me. I will be using them agin.

We contacted several pest companies using the email option in order to determine who would do pest inspections for a VA loan. Preventive Pest Control was the only company that replied. Bonus points for that right off the bat. When we spoke to Tony he knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to make arrangements to help us within 24 hours! He showed up on time, explained what we was doing during the inspection and was both informed and professional. He even had all the paperwork required for a VA loan ready to be filled out and signed at the completion of the inspection. Great experience!

The first thing the technician did was 'try' to get my signature before he performed the treatment which is fine but he did not tell me it was a contract. I said, "is this a contract"? He said, "yes.". Wow. I did not sign it and that was the straw that broke the camel's back so to speak. The company needs to train their technicians NOT do that to people. Tell the customer about the service first and what it entails. I want to stress that it was NOT the technician's fault. It was the office personnel who pressured me into leaving the meeting and getting home by 5 when I had been given a window of "between 5 and 7". I have the ear of 3,500 people where I work on a daily basis. I wonder if the company now realizes what they've done. Maybe, maybe not. Time will tell. Reputation is everything.

HIRE THESE GUYS...IF NOTHING ELSE FOR THE DUSTING!!! WHO DUSTS YOUR HOUSE FOR YOU??? Well, the Preventive Pest Control guys do! They have a customer for life in me!!! Also, said he really doesn't need to come back every 3 months...the spraying lasts a year and they would see me next fall!! LOVE THESE GUYS!!!

Great! Have taken care of everything from yellow jackets to ants to hobo and black widow spiders.

I had a $25.00 coupon for the first application. They were prompt and the young man was very polite and quickly got the job done. I will be getting four more treatment throughout the season. I am very happy with their service.

I requested several times (it was even stated in the contract) that they not come out and spray when I'm not at home, because I didn't want it to upset my dogs. Each and every time they came out, I wasn't home. After each occurrence I contacted them and requested once again that they not come to my home when I wasn't there. They once again disregarded this request, so I told them I no longer wanted them to treat my home. Not only did they show up when I wasn't home, they also never sprayed the inside of my house like they were suppose to per the contract. When I told them I didn't want them to spray my home anymore, I had one treatment left. They never did this last treatment, but have sent me numerous bills asking me to pay it. It's been 3 years later and they are still harassing me to pay for the last treatment that they never did. I would never use this company again and I would advise you not to as well!

The tech came within the window of time given. He offered us a contract for a year and Angie's discount. They will come 4 x this year and since it rained hard after they left will check in after a week and come back if need be. The service rep was informative and helpful. The thoroughness inside the house was a little weird but they sprayed everywhere ants could hide and other pests.

I started in August 2013 and have set up quarterly visits for general perimeter spraying for pest control. First visit I had them do the inside too, but have not needed that since then. I do not have to be home and they mail me an invoice after. They call me a few days ahead as a reminder each quarter and to inquire if inside maintenance is needed. 5% discount for being angie's member.

Since I have been using them I have not seen any live spiders or any mice. I have used them for apprx. 2 years. They will come back if you have issues for no charge. I highly recommend Preventive pest Control.

It works pretty well. Occasionally when we notice ants or spiders inside, we will request they spray inside - which they are always happy to do. I enjoy how carefree the service is for me.

They do my lawn service as well & the professionalism is extended there as well. I've been their client for about 8 years. I think they're great.

We have used Preventive Pest control for over 10 years. They spray our property every 3-4 months for pest control. They provide excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone. They will spray inside and out as needed. If you see spiders or any pest inside between regular sprays, they will come out for a spot treatment as needed. Preventive Pest stands out in a very competitive field.

I like that they call to make quarterly appointments. Furthermore, they always arrive on time, they charge reasonable rates, and their treatments do a good job of keeping away the bugs. In addition, they are more than happy to send someone back free of charge to address any unresolved issues.

I used Preventive for nearly 10 years, and they are just wonderful. They are very professional, are happy to return if I have any issues, and have highly effective treatments. In fact, I switched from Preventive to another pest control company, and I wish I hadn't.

We had a problem with wasps and / or hornets. I contacted Preventative Pest Control and they went to the house and took care of the problem. Despite the fact that we were out of town at the time, they handled the problem timely and in a professional manner.
