Description of Work: They come in quarterly and spray the perimeter of the house. If I'm at home when they call we can talk about any issues I may have, but otherwise, they just do the basics. I've had trouble with moles, voles, and gophers lately but have not been able to address this with them. Can't they see the big mounds of dirt and just take care of it?

Poorly!
Description of Work: They were an hour late for their first treatment and only spent 10 mins, which tells you they really didnt care about treating the problem. They set the schedule for your appointment and don't try to work aound your availibilty. Price is high for what they do and the equipment used is very cheap -- for example, the mouse traps are what you could buy at a store and put out yourself. They say they will come back without charge after a treatment, if it was not successful. But when you call them, they say you have to wait 4-6 weeks for it to work. But that is when the next treatment is due and must be paid for. There is a longer break between later treatments, but the bottom line is it would take months to see results, if there are results at all. My problem with rodents has gotten worse rather than better.

Response from Preventive Pest Control - Salt Lake
Member signed up for a year service on June 18th and was scheduled to get started June 19th between 9-11am. We arrived at her home at 9:35 am and were there until 10:15 am. Her boyfriend was there to show us the problems and to sign a customer checklist making sure he was aware of the year service and what to expect from us. The technician treated for mice outside, spiders inside and outside and the fenceline for wasps. We followed up with Ingrid 5 days after the service to see how the service went. She said she was seeing spiders inside and ants outside and we told her to allow 10-14 days so we give time for the product to work. We left two messages after that to see if she was still having problems and we never heard back from member. When it came time to do her second service, which is 4-6 weeks apart from the first one, she called and said she can't do it and was drugged up from a medical surgery and had no idea what the service was about. Member pushed back the service until September 20 when we were finally were able to come out to her home again and take care of her problems. We told member if she has any problems inbetween visits we come back free of charge to solve her problems.
