"Wow what a disappointment. I did my fall maintenance check and was told that everything was stellar for my heat pump. Two days later ,it didn't work at all. What was missed it was that I had a hole in the coil which allowed all the freon to escape. It was losing that even as my technician told me it was wonderful. I waited over a month to get my needs met and finally went to a different company that which was wonderful- well informed, professional which wasn't what I experienced with Blue Best. I have been happy with my experiences up until now. I don't know what happened but it just kept getting worse and worse with follow-through and confusion on their part. I love that I saved so much money going to a different company as well as have it fixed and working within several days of my asking to have it done. What a difference."
