Description of Work: Replaced evap. motor in refrigerator, but was smaller than the original. Refrigerator would not freeze below 17 degrees. Should be 0 degrees. Diagnosed washer and dryer as could not be repaired and said he had a used 10-year-old set for $300, which I wanted to purchase. After many phone calls and emails and no shows, the last I heard from Randy was the end of July when he emailed me that he would get in touch with me the next week. He never did. Randy was very likable, but did not want me to watch him work.

Description of Work: Repair on washer damaged by mover. I live quite a distance away and he asked if I could wait a few days so he could schedule me and another client in my town and not have to charge me extra for the trip. I agreed and he did. He postponed once, but that was not a problem for me. He fixed the washer and is obviously very good at what he does. Only small problem was that he did not have invoice form with him and told me he would send it. I emailed twice after service date to request it and never got it. As I said, small problem. The mover did not ask for it. It would have been a big problem if I had had to sue the mover.

Description of Work: Randy has repaired my dishwasher, washer, and dryer. He is great to work with and charges reasonable prices. Randy clearly explains what is wrong and what he can do about problem appliances. |

Description of Work: Randy was to order parts for the washer and come back to complete repairs. Randy told me that it could take a week or so, depends on the availablilty of the parts. I never heard back from him. He seemed very knowledgeable about the brand of washer, the workings of the washer. Randy did a temp fix, and explained that he could not tell how long that would last, but it should until the parts came in. Again, I had not heard back from Randy.

Description of Work: Randy fixed a broken dishwasher handle for me. He had to really figure out what was wrong and he puzzled over it until he figured it out. I appreciated his knowledge, his honesty, his commitment to his work, and the fact that he charged me very little to fix an odd problem!

Description of Work: I had a refrigerator that needed repaired. He came out and diagnosed the problem and needed to order a part. He had family issues and couldn't come out for a while and we missed each others phone calls. I called him again about a month ago to see if he could find the part and come back out. I never heard back from him. He seems to know his stuff, but his follow thru is not good. If he isn't interested in the job or can't find the part, a phone call stating that would have been nice. Would I use him again? I'm not sure how I would answer.....yes and no. He came out on May 19, 2013 and as of today,Aug 28, I still do not have it repaired. Time to move on.

Description of Work: I had what I thought was a washing machine problem on a Saturday. I went on Angie's List and called his number. Surprisingly, Randy answered. He said he could come Sunday and he did. He said that it was a plumbing issue, specifically a sewer backup. He gave me the names of three plumbers to call. While he was here he fixed a minor problem with my refrigerator and saw that my dishwasher was Maytag and might be a recall one. He said he would call with the info and the next day he did call and said my model was not a recall. He called a couple of days

Description of Work: Randy has done work for us on several appliances including dishwasher, washer and dryer, as well as our refrigerator. He is awesome, honest and very friendly. He is a hard worker with great ethics. I HIGHLY recommend him.

Description of Work: Randy came to my house after another repairman had declared that my hi end fridge that I used in the garage was junk. Randy not only easily repaired my fridge, he then offered to buy or trade me for my fridge for a new one that would be a little more suited for garage life I traded him my 6 yr old double door fridge with pull out sub-zero freezer, (very nice unit) for a brand new maytag refridgerator freezer...even up. Awesome deal.

Description of Work: My Maytag washing machine wouldn't spin. Mr. Hunt came on Sunday afternoon, quickly diagnosed the problem, and, in about 45 minutes, had it working perfectly. And I still have both arms and legs! I was very impressed with his professionalism and can definitely recommend him.
